1. The latest table tennis competition rules approved by the State Sports General Administration are adopted in the competition. The white double happiness three-star ball is used in the competition, and the racket sleeve is implemented according to the list (No.27b of 2007) approved by ITTF.

In the team competition, each team has five games in the first stage. In each game, the winner gets 2 points, the loser gets 1 point, and 0 points is abstained. The team ranking is determined by the cumulative score of the whole team. In the second stage, 1-4 players were selected from the top 2 teams, and 5-8 players were selected from 3-4 groups. Competition and scoring methods are the same as the first stage. If the teams that meet in the first stage no longer compete, the points will be directly brought in.

4. Division-level men's singles competition will be listed as a seed. In the first stage, the competition will be divided into groups in turn. In the second stage, the top two in each group 1-4, and the top three in each group 5-8. The men's singles in the stage group set seeds, and 1-8 decided the winner by single defeat elimination system and additional system.

5. Each game adopts the best of five games system, and each game is 1 1 minute.
