The mixed doubles position taught by male coaches may be more suitable for the combination with disparity between men and women. This is probably related to the technical characteristics of most people: forehand defense is more vulnerable to low-quality return attacks than backhand defense, such as pushing the ball, which even professional men's singles masters need to consider; At the same time, amateur women can grasp the ball better in forehand position than in backhand position.

2. The principle of one-step training for domestic professional players is to turn around first and then kick out, so the female coach teaches you the correct footwork online. If the attacker hits a flat ball behind the attacking female player, the female player should have a clear understanding. The general rule of attacking block is that female players follow the ball and block the defender's straight ball path. If the attacking male player attacks in a straight line, the female player and the male player stand in a straight line in the front and back direction. 1, hook oblique shot, straight line blocking two front tactics

2. Straight ball in midfield
