Badminton mixed doubles technical explanation (Badminton Mao Mao) Recently, I was learning the ball from a new coach. Some of the skills he taught in stance, footwork and movements are different from those of the previous coaches, and even some of my corrections are exactly what I spent my energy learning from the previous coaches, and they are all from the original Beijing team! It's really annoying What should I do?
(Dark iron) Then let's stop here.
Technology is simple, people are complicated, and some things seem contradictory. In fact, the effect is the same when applied at different times.
(Feather Mao Mao) Ok, let's talk about two first:
1) mixed doubles serve position: Where is the best position for women when men serve in the left court? Coach A asked me to stand to the left in the middle of the service line (attention! Coach B put me in front of the right field. I've tried both. I feel that it doesn't matter how you stand when working with a strong person, but it is very important to work with a weak person. With coach A's tactics, I can take care of the ball received by the other side and send it back to the two corners of the front court. With method B, I can only seal a corner and a straight line.
2) The right frontcourt crosses the Internet. Coach A taught me to cross my left foot in front, saying that girls are more suitable. Coach B crossed my left foot in the back according to the standard in the textbook.
Supplementary note: Coach A is MM and Coach B is DD, both of which are retired from professional teams. Is there a difference between male badminton and female badminton?
(darksteel) My analysis is as follows:
1, mixed doubles taught by female coaches are common in international competitions at present. If the level of female players is not too bad, watching the ball in front of the net can be more comfortable. Generally, forehand sealing is faster than backhand/overhead sealing, so they usually choose the position on the left side of the center line to make up for it. The mixed doubles position taught by male coaches may be more suitable for the combination with disparity between men and women. Women only seal one position in the frontcourt and let the male players take care of others, which is equivalent to making up the loopholes on the court as much as possible. Why is the woman's position not the left frontcourt but the right frontcourt? This is probably related to the technical characteristics of most people: forehand defense is more vulnerable to low-quality return attacks than backhand defense, such as pushing the ball, which even professional men's singles masters need to consider; At the same time, amateur women can grasp the ball better in forehand position than in backhand position.
2. The principle of one-step training for domestic professional players is to turn around first and then kick out, so the female coach teaches you the correct footwork online. The key is whether you turn around in time to face the direction of catching the ball after you start. The strength of male lower limbs is much stronger than that of female. Backcrossing the net with your left foot can be regarded as the development of parallel surfing technology, which can move quickly without turning around, but it must be guaranteed by good explosive force. At the same time, this is mainly because the men's game is faster and the doubles is faster. If you allocate some time to turn around, you may waste the best opportunity to hit the ball, so the footwork training of doubles is different from that of singles, mainly when surfing the internet and moving sideways. Moreover, when surfing the internet in singles, it is mainly based on cross steps. Therefore, the male coach's teaching is correct, just depending on the timing you choose to use.
Physiologically speaking, women's hips are bigger than men's, which is not conducive to turning around quickly, so female athletes will make slower progress than men in gait training, and after stopping systematic training, the most obvious retrogression is also the moving speed.
I think in doubles, the teaching of male coaches is more practical, while the teaching of female coaches is more concerned with the improvement of your basic skills.
(Silly) I want to add that there are still some technical differences due to the characteristics of male and female players. For example, in some handball treatments, men usually use their wrists to exert great force in order to pursue the concealment of the action, so the action is very small. But most women need to lead the racket, and the action is naturally bigger. . . . . Therefore, when learning from male and female coaches, we should learn to make appropriate adjustments in some technical movements. In other words, what the male and female coaches teach is not necessarily wrong, but how you understand it yourself.
What is the difference between (noisy) and playing men's doubles? For example, I often remind my male partner not to return the ball in front of the net easily when dealing with it, so I will be forced to the backcourt and can't change my position, and so on. It's all based on experience, because we rarely see the authoritative theory of mixed doubles, so I'll ask you!
(Tie Xuan) Mixed doubles is a disadvantage, but I don't understand why you want male players not to return the ball to the net easily. In fact, as long as the return ball is downward, you can force your opponent to pick the ball, which is a good opportunity for you to exchange places.
It should be emphasized that when women are in the backcourt, it is not mainly the male athletes in the frontcourt who change their positions; Female players in the backcourt should not return the high ball easily even if their smash strength is not strong. Have you noticed the handling method of Gefei badminton? Her spike is not very powerful. Whenever she is in the backcourt, she uses a relatively hidden kill and chop. Just let the ball go back to the net and force the other side to continue to pick the ball. When the opponent hesitates a little or the angle is not enough, Gu Jun or liuyong in the frontcourt will immediately retreat, and Gefei badminton will immediately go online to let the partner with stronger attack pick up the ball.
Amateur female athletes rarely attack well, one is that they hit the ball weakly, and the other is that their offensive intentions are easily exposed in their actions. Experienced opponents will rush to the front block at any time, especially when the women's football team smashes in the backcourt, the opponents are basically pressed up and will return to a fierce draw at any time, leaving the frontcourt athletes at a loss. Even if the frontcourt athletes speed up blocking the net and use more pressure, as long as their opponents are not blocked, their return ball usually flies very fast, which is more difficult for the backcourt female athletes to control.
If you slow down the pace of attack (for example, people in the frontcourt put more nets and keep the ball over the net down), as long as you keep letting your opponent pick the ball, you will have a chance to exchange it back and forth.
Mixed doubles requires a higher overall quality of male athletes, mainly the strong ability to move on both sides of the backcourt and the strong backhand ball control ability. We should also have a big picture, and don't play some balls that are difficult for our peers to handle, such as a draw.
(Noisy) Tie Xuan, you mean that the male players will back off immediately before putting the net, and the female players will follow. If the opposing player returns to the net, will it be handled by the female player? This kind of transposition requires both sides to move quickly, and it is generally customary to stay in front of the net before releasing the net to prevent the other side from returning the ball.
I haven't tried. I think it's a little awkward, but maybe it's the most reasonable? Thank you.
I don't want to understand my statement mechanically. You just need to grasp one thing: when the other side has a bad pick (or a low-quality overhand lob), it is a good opportunity to change positions. Remember to pick the ball (or the overhand golf ball with low quality)! As long as you can force your opponent to return such a ball, you can use the net, push the ball, save the ball and cross the corner. One more thing, don't forget, whether you can change places depends mainly on the players in the backcourt.
Pushing the ball is sometimes better than putting the net, but the opponent usually returns the ball faster! This will easily put pressure on female athletes in the backcourt; As long as the tennis ball goes on, the opponent's return will not be fast.
(Noisy) Yesterday, I was lucky enough to play some mixed doubles with the teacher I haven't seen for more than a month. It's really rich and enjoyable. Because the teacher's return is always reasonable and in place, I performed fully in front of the net. The problem that bothered me before when to use push, throw and pick doesn't exist at all. I deal with it flexibly according to the actual situation on the court and am constantly influenced by the teacher. Beautiful! Good shot! ? Praise, occasionally make mistakes, the teacher will say? That's what it means? The more you fight, the more energetic you are. The speed of blocking the net not only surprises your opponent, but also surprises yourself!
Pay special attention to the teacher's handling of the ball in front of the net. Because my internet speed is relatively fast, I can basically take into account that teachers never surf the internet easily, leaving me enough space. Only occasionally, teachers need to take the initiative to stand up. He always picks the opponent's straight backcourt with a low arc, being careful not to slash. We can comfortably continue to maintain the position of the former woman and the latter man, and soon turn to the next round of attack.
Except for the basic skills, the teacher's way of handling every ball is different from other male companions who play with me, so I will feel less pressure and play well in front of the net. As for how to do it, you need your boyfriend to pay more attention and ponder. Unfortunately, most male teammates usually disdain to think about the skills and tactics when cooperating with female players. In fact, many effective ways of playing men's doubles have led to their passivity in mixed doubles. Why? Is it not worth thinking about?
Noisy suggestion: What abilities should mixed doubles women players focus on improving?
(Noisy) I've been practicing hard in front of the net for a while recently, and I've made some progress. However, I found that my threat in front of the net decreased during the competition, and I would like to ask. Should we also pay attention to the pushing and flapping technique and use it boldly in confrontation?
(Stupid) Because the mixed doubles women's doubles are weak, they are the main targets of opponents' attacks. When attacking, most female players are in the frontcourt, taking on the task of blocking or controlling the net. Therefore, female players should defend well, respond quickly in front of the net and have strong ability to block and control the net. Generally speaking, as long as the ability to block and control the net is strong, the chances of one's own attack will be more, and passive defense will naturally decrease. Therefore, it is the key of the whole game to be bold, delicate and reasonable when handling the return ball in front of the net, and not to lift the ball to the opposing male player easily. Because of the strength difference between men and women, we should be in a state of confusion when defending. Using high-quality blocking and line changing combined with backcourt jumper will make your opponent unable to clearly judge your return. Learning to dial four or two kilos is the most effective method for mixed doubles female players. Moreover, as long as there is an opportunity in front of the net, you must never be soft. You must resolutely press down. When pressing down, you should play the backhand position of the opponent with diagonal lines, and pay attention to preventing the second and third shots. Also try to control as many female players as possible.
The above is just the basic idea. In the actual combat of both sides' control and counter-control, no one will easily let the opponent attack. They all control the opponent's waist or hit the ball, and wait for the opponent to pick the high ball before attacking. Therefore, most opportunities come from the front of the net or the middle and front court, and the task of female players is very arduous!
(Tie Xuan) After four or two thousand pounds of killing, the situation won't wait for someone to close the net. Careful use of the ball when blocking will affect the attack speed, and it is easy to give people a counterattack if the effect is not good; The action of sealing the net in front of the net should be concise and fast.
Of course, the skill of female players in front of the net is the most important. Pay attention to the moment when you lift the racket in the frontcourt, and try to seal the net at a high point. When the opportunity is good, you can score in time. If we are passive, we can gently touch the net and force the other side to pick up the ball. However, in case the opponent pushes us to the backcourt, we can use basic high-ball, high-ball and flat-draw techniques to clear the gap.
(Noisy) Actually, my specific question is: Do you try not to rub the ball that can be pushed before the net? This can reduce the burden on male companions? In the past, the skills of rubbing and putting the ball were poor, so I didn't dare to use it, so I had to push it. Now I know, I always like to use rubbing and putting the ball. Is it bad (for mixed doubles)?
(Li Ran) In singles with different doubles skills, it is best to use the ball less. As long as the ball goes down the net, it can be in the midfield or in front of the net, which can speed up the internet, don't worry too much about the backcourt and create offensive opportunities for your companions. In addition, girls mainly improve their defensive skills.
Badminton mixed doubles defense tactics and skills When you are very passive and have to hold the ball high, the first thing you should consider is how to defend.
The most successful defense is to use reasonable technical actions according to the opponent's incoming ball and the position of the players on the field, so as to hit the ball to the weakest link of the opponent, destroy the continuity of the opponent's attack, make the opponent unable to attack again in the next shot, and successfully complete the offensive and defensive conversion. So is the so-called defensive counterattack.
1) Do women in mixed doubles take part in the defense?
The question of whether mixed doubles female players can retire has aroused widespread debate.
It is generally believed that professional players should participate in defense, while amateur women should not. In fact, in international competitions, female players are all involved in defense, while in amateur competitions, male players do not require female players to retire.
Personally, amateur female players should also participate in defense for the following reasons:
1. Mixed doubles adopt front and back positions. Because the male and female players are in a straight line, and the doubles venue is wider than the singles venue, there is a big gap between the two sides of the venue, which is extremely difficult to defend.
2. If the attacker attacks the middle, the situation will be more difficult, because the female players will block the line of sight of the male players in front, and the male players can't see the route of the ball. In addition, the female player is close to the opponent's attacker in front and has no time to react, so she is easy to be caught up by the opponent's attacker, and her face is more likely to be injured. No matter how strong your defensive ability is, your opponent can't stand it. It can be seen that standing before and after is definitely a dead end.
Doubles are played by two people together. When defending, female players must not just stand in the frontcourt like wooden stakes, thus depriving female players of their right to participate.
2) The problems that should be paid attention to when the female mixed doubles players withdraw from defense.
However, the defensive ability of female players is weak. If the female player retreats, the opponent will concentrate on dealing with the female player. Isn't the female player looking for a fight when she retires? There are a few points to note here.
1, female players should have a strong sense of self, that is, when retreating from defense, they should deliberately avoid the straight-line attack of the opposing male players. In other words, retired female players should try not to stand on the straight fairway attacked by the opposing male players, but stand on the inclined fairway as much as possible.
2. When the female player wants to pick the ball, try to pick the diagonal; When a male player has to choose a ball, try to choose a straight line. In this way, we female players can retreat in a straight line without having to retreat obliquely.
3. The task and energy of retired female players are mainly focused on killing prevention, and the scope of killing prevention should be small, not 50-50 with men. If you retreat to the left half, lean to the left and keep the left third of the field. Make sure that the racquet can protect the left line, focusing on chasing the ball and the sideline ball. On the contrary, the same is true of turning right. As long as you concentrate, you can improve the success rate of catching and killing.
4. Women players don't need to retreat too much, and the distance from the front serve line is about 1 meter. At this time, it is appropriate for the male player to be about 1.5 meters away from the front service line on the other side of the court (not absolute, depending on the height of picking up the ball, it should be adjusted back and forth, but the distance between the female front and the male rear should still be about 0.5 meters. )。 At this time, although the female player retreated, she was still in front of the male player in the front and back direction. The purpose of this position is that female players can also manage the frontcourt and male players can also manage the backcourt. After turning from defense to attack, they can quickly return to their original positions. The reason why parallel defense is not used is because both men and women in parallel position can't take care of their own venues. For example, if the attacker hits a flat ball behind the attacking female player, it is difficult for the male player to retreat and it is easy to transfer the female player to the backcourt. For another example, the attacker hangs the ball in front of the net on the side of the male players, and the female players are not good at it, so it is easy to transfer the male players to the net. This is more passive.
If the attacker hits a flat ball behind the attacking female player, the female player should have a clear understanding. At this time, the situation should be better than before, and there is no need to retreat immediately. We should consider going back to the internet. At this time, female players must not step back to catch the flat ball behind them unless you want to lose the game. In the same way, it is best for male players not to catch the high ball in front of the net, so as not to become the former male and the latter female.
6. If the female player picks a straight line when picking up the ball, if the position of the picking-up point deviates too far from the central T-line, or the position is too far ahead, it will be too late to retreat the diagonal line, and there will be chasing the ball when retreating from the straight line. At this time, instead of retreating, female players should take a step forward. On the one hand, the net can protect the face, on the other hand, it can avoid blocking the sight of male players and make room for male players to hit the ball.
3) The attacker's weak link.
Although the attacker is in the initiative, it is impossible to have no weak links. It is impossible for the other two to occupy every point on the field.
A correct understanding of the law of attack and blocking is of positive significance to our defense of the middle road and counterattack.
The general rule of attacking block is that female players follow the ball and block the defender's straight ball path. If the attacking male player attacks in a straight line, the female player and the male player stand in a straight line in the front and back direction. If the male player attacks the narrative line, the female player and the male player stand on the narrative line in the front and back direction.
Specifically, the opponent's male player kills a straight line from the overhead area, and the opponent's female player closes the net in front of the left net of the opponent's field; At this time, the whole right half is the weak area of the opponent. If the opponent's male player kills the Syrian line from the overhead area, the position of the opponent's female player's net sealing is in front of the right net of the opponent's field, and the weak area of the opponent is in front of the left net and the right backcourt.
The opponent's male players attack in the forehand area, and the position of the opponent's female players is similar to that of the overhead area, which is also the weak area of the opponent. Just in the opposite direction. However, the above is just the general law of attacking the net. In the actual game, the position of the attacking male and female players may not be exactly like this. At this time, the weak area of the opponent may depend on its position. However, the method of analyzing its weak areas is the same as above.
(4) Several counter-offensive strategies to defend China.
1, hook oblique shot, straight line blocking two front tactics
When the opponent's male players attack from both sides of the baseline, we can use hook and oblique shooting tactics to block the front of the straight net, so as to avoid the storm behind the opponent. The hook angle is the main factor and the straight line is the auxiliary factor, because the path of the hook ball is just the weak area of the opponent. There are many hooks, and the other side is prepared. At this time, you can make a straight line and take it by surprise. As long as the quality of hooks and gears is guaranteed, it is generally easy to change from passive to active. Of course, when we hit a high-quality return ball, the female players should push into the straight line area and force the other team to hit a high ball.
Control the height and direction when returning the ball. If the ball returned is too high, too slow, or close to the opponent's net sealing team, it will be blocked by the opponent.
2. Straight ball in midfield
; The ball just passed the female player in front and landed in front of the male player behind. The attacker can't kill the ball continuously, forcing him to put it in front of the net or stir it. This tactic requires players who play in a straight midfield to have good ball control ability.
3. Reverse pumping
When the opposing male player attacks our female player standing on the diagonal from two baseline lines, and the ball path is relatively normal, our female player can use the counter-pull straight line, and when the opposing male player attacks our female player standing on the straight line, our female player can use the counter-pull diagonal tactics. The speed of reverse pumping is fast, which can mobilize opponents to the maximum extent and seize their loopholes, but it should be noted that reverse pumping must cross the height of the net seal of the opposing female players. Otherwise, you will be more passive.
4. Choose two baseline challenge techniques.
This tactic is called "the other side kills the straight line", and we choose the diagonal line with flat height; When the opponent kills the diagonal, we choose a straight line with a flat height to achieve the purpose of mobilizing the opponent to move left and right. If the opponent moves slowly, it will be impossible to continue to attack, or blind attack will also be beneficial to our counterattack.
In this way, it is troublesome to adjust our female players to the opponent's attacker's line, and we need to adjust our positions. In addition, the explosive force of female players' wrists is not strong, so they can't return the ball to the opponent's bottom line. Although this method is widely used in men's doubles and women's doubles, it is better to use it less in mixed doubles.
Female players can consciously practice 1 and the third method, which will get good results.
Main characteristics of badminton
Full-body exercise program
Whether it is a regular badminton match or a general fitness activity, we should constantly move, jump, turn and swing on the court, and reasonably use various hitting techniques and footwork to hit the ball back and forth on the court, thus increasing the strength of upper limbs, lower limbs and waist muscles, speeding up the blood circulation of exercisers, enhancing the functions of cardiovascular system and respiratory system, and relaxing shoulders, which is good for the neck. Badminton is also a way to relieve stress, which can relax and adjust the mentality.
According to statistics, the heart rate of high-intensity badminton players can reach 160- 180 beats per minute, medium-intensity badminton players can reach 140- 150 beats per minute, and low-intensity badminton players can also reach100-/per minute. Long-term badminton can make your heart jump strongly, increase your vital capacity and improve your endurance.
In addition, badminton requires practitioners to judge the ever-changing ball path in a short time and fight back decisively, so it can improve the sensitivity and coordination of the human nervous system. It is not only a high-tech sport, but also a very popular sport, suitable for all ages.
Adjustable exercise amount
Badminton is suitable for men, women and children, and the amount of exercise can be determined according to age, physique, sports level and environmental characteristics of the venue. Teenagers can take exercise as an effective means to promote growth and improve physical function. Exercise should be moderate, and the activity time should be 40-50 minutes. Moderate badminton can promote the height growth of teenagers and cultivate their excellent psychological qualities such as self-confidence, courage and decisiveness.
The elderly and the infirm can take exercise as a method of health care and rehabilitation. The amount of exercise should be small, and the activity time should be 20-30 minutes, so as to achieve the purpose of sweating, bending over and stretching joints, thereby enhancing the functions of cardiovascular and nervous systems and preventing cardiovascular and nervous system diseases in the elderly. Children can take exercise as an active way of playing, let them run and jump in the sun, let them hit the ball, and cultivate their qualities of not being afraid of difficulties, suffering and unwilling to lag behind.
