School introduction:
Xiamen Software Vocational and Technical College is an independent full-time institution of higher learning approved by the Fujian Provincial People's Government and filed by the Ministry of Education. It is one of only two software vocational colleges supported and initiated by Fujian Province. The school was established in August 2002, and in March 2006, the Fujian Provincial People's Government approved the formal establishment of the school.
School environment:
The school is located in the center of Jimei Cultural and Educational Zone, Xiamen City, Fujian Province, with beautiful scenery and convenient transportation, covering an area of 650 mu. The planned construction area is 460,000 square meters, which can accommodate 20,000 people to live and study when fully completed.
The school is equipped with intelligent classrooms, libraries, recording and broadcasting rooms, gymnasiums, dance rooms, football fields, basketball courts, e-sports halls, badminton courts, table tennis rooms, taekwondo halls and other facilities. There are more than 50 stalls in the double-deck air-conditioned restaurant, and there are supermarkets, shopping centers and rookie stations in the dormitory area.

The school has a team of teachers with new educational ideas, high teaching level and strong practical ability. Among the full-time teachers, more than 75% have senior titles, more than 80% have master's degrees and above, and more than 70% are "double-qualified" teachers. Among them, 8 teachers were hired as provincial education evaluation experts, and 7 entered the ranks of provincial professional leaders.
Cooperation and communication:
229 enterprises signed cooperation agreements with the school, and the school established training bases inside and outside the school with 165 enterprises. Over the past three years, the school has held more than 30,000 training and education sessions for employees of industrial enterprises in Xiamen.
In recent years, the school has jointly launched more than 0/00 technical research and development projects/KLOC, with accumulated funds of more than 5 million yuan, and teachers and students have obtained more than 200 intellectual property rights such as patents and software copyrights. At present, the school has established cooperative relations with Deakin University, university of central lancashire, Dublin Business School, Raman University and Ming Chuan University.
