The difference between street fitness and cross fitness
Street fitness is the use of self-respect fitness. Generally, the single parallel bars are used as props to complete some difficult movements on the bars or on the ground. There are generally one-handed pull-ups, two arms, one-handed push-ups and so on. Crossfit props are mainly barbells, which are similar to strength training as physical exercises and complete clean and jerk, and pursue various physical qualities including strength, muscle endurance, cardiopulmonary function and so on.
