Take a hot bath immediately after exercise, okay?
After strenuous physical exercise, it is not advisable to take a hot bath immediately, especially the sauna. Because in the process of exercise, people's muscles will continue to contract, heartbeat and breathing will accelerate, and blood circulation will also accelerate. In order to supply a lot of energy consumed by various parts of the body, the blood flow to muscles and myocardium will increase greatly. Once the exercise stops, the rapid flow of blood and the rapid beating of the heart will take some time to slowly calm down to normal. At this time, if you take a hot bath immediately, the muscles and skin will be stimulated by hot water, which will cause blood vessels to dilate, and more blood will flow to the muscles and skin, so the blood supply of other organs will also decrease accordingly, especially the heart and brain.

Bathing and sauna will make people's lower limbs all immersed in hot water. After vasodilation, it will cause a lot of blood retention and aggravate the uncomfortable reaction. Moreover, breathing is still very rapid after exercise, and it is easy to cause brain hypoxia if you enter the poorly ventilated bathroom immediately. Therefore, the common symptoms of taking a hot bath immediately after exercise are dizziness and general weakness. In severe cases, there will be blood pressure reduction, collapse shock and even syncope.

It is best to rest for 30~45 minutes after exercise, so that the body can calm down slowly and dissipate the heat generated by exercise. In the meantime, you can wipe your body with a towel, drink water to replenish water, and do some gentle stretching exercises to relieve the accumulation of lactic acid in your body. It is best to take a bath with warm water after rest, and the time should not be too long, 5 ~ 10 minutes is the best, and the water temperature is 36℃~39℃.
