The first is muscle development, which is to see how big the players are; The second is the overall muscle details, the clarity and state of the player's muscles, and whether they are filiform.

The third is the proportion, which is the balance of muscle development. The arm is too big and the chest is too small; Too strong upper body and too thin legs are not allowed. The referee will also look at the symmetry of the figure, and the more symmetrical the figure, the better.

The final is on the stage.

This is an opportunity for the contestants to perform on stage alone. Players often choose the action that best reflects their physical advantages to foster strengths and avoid weaknesses. After that, the jury will judge them according to their actions and performances on the stage.

How does the referee judge objectively?

It is graded in the form of numbers. The lower the score, the better the ranking. The winner is the person with the lowest score. The referee is not a person, and the referee team often has 5-9 referees. In order to eliminate prejudice, a highest score and a lowest score are often removed when grading.

The highest score that a single referee can score is 1. For example, there are nine referees in a game. Everyone gave Xiaoming 1, so he got 9 points. His total score is smaller than other players, and he is the first.

The same is true for the second or third place and the rest of the rankings. The smaller the score, the higher the ranking.
