First, look out the window.
During the break, you can stand by and look out the window. If there are green plants outside the window, you can look at them. If there are no green plants outside the window, you can look at the distance. The purpose of doing this is to rest and relax your eyes. In addition, take a deep breath, and the number of deep breaths should be controlled at about 30 times, so that the brain and body can get more oxygen points, so that they can be more involved in the next class.
Second, exercise reasonably.
1, exercise elbow joint. Stand up and shake your arms ten times before and after, then straighten your hands and arms until you reach the top of your head and make two fan-shaped movements to relieve the fatigue of your elbow joint and help improve the pressure on your heart and chest when lying on the table.
2. Exercise your legs. Put your arms around your knees, turn left five times, turn right five times at the same time, and then squat up and down ten times. Insisting on doing this exercise after class can relieve the pressure on the legs and make them more comfortable.
Step 3 shake your head. The so-called shaking your head here is different from our usual way of shaking your head. Its operation method is to rotate the neck left and right five times respectively, which is helpful to relieve the uncomfortable feeling caused by bowing your head to do homework in class and is also very effective in preventing cervical spondylosis.
4. Fingers are interlocked. The method is to lock your fingers together and then rotate them five times, which can relieve the discomfort of your fingers and elbows when writing.
If students can make proper use of the ten-minute break, they can not only relax themselves, but also listen more attentively in the next class. Therefore, it is suggested that you should not blindly go to the toilet, drink water and chat during the break, but do something beneficial to your body and mind with your deskmate or good friends.
