At this time, you just need to ask yourself whether I want it or not. The answer is yes, then stop all imagination.

Method 2: Do it if you want. Open your word document and type the first word, whether it is well written or not. Open your refrigerator and take out the eggs, whether the cake is delicious or not. You don't know whether readers like it or not until the article is finished, what knowledge you lack, and whether your reading accumulation on weekdays is enough. Only when you take the cake out of the oven will you know whether it is sweet enough or not, and whether the amount of each part is enough, so whether the cake is delicious or not.

Only when you have done it, will you know that you can do it.

Method 3: Say something silently before you do it. I'm just an ordinary person, and it's normal not to be perfect. They are ordinary people, and there is no way to do everything perfectly.
