So, after dinner, it is jogging. Jogging is also running. Sometimes I see so many people running with the rhythm of music on the school playground, with certain postures and movements. Anyway, I can't keep up, so I can only jog at my own pace. Jogging can also make you sweat. I must sweat more than walking, at least I think so.
