People's governments at higher levels give financial support to people's governments in minority areas, remote and poor areas and rural areas, build public cultural and sports facilities, provide basic equipment for township comprehensive cultural stations, and provide fitness equipment for cultural and sports squares and parks. Article 14 Social forces that build public cultural and sports facilities, set up public cultural and sports facilities funds according to law, and donate property to public cultural and sports facilities management units can enjoy tax reduction or exemption policies in accordance with relevant regulations, and can leave their names to commemorate or name them in accordance with relevant regulations.
Where social forces invest in the construction of public cultural and sports facilities, the provisions of the first paragraph of Article 13 of these Measures shall apply.
