Foshan Lingnan Pearl Gymnasium is located in Ji Hua No.5 Road, Chancheng District, Foshan City. The project started in April 2004 and was completed in June 2006. Covering an area of 22.3 hectares, with a total investment of 550 million yuan, it was designed by the Environmental Design Institute of Japan Sendaman Co., Ltd., and the whole gymnasium can accommodate more than 9,500 spectators at most.

Lingnan Pearl Gymnasium consists of main gymnasium, training hall, public hall and national fitness square. Among them, the main gymnasium, training hall and public hall are connected into a whole through three domes, and the beautiful arc is like three shining pearls.

The large-scale sports activities undertaken by Lingnan Pearl Gymnasium include: National Gymnastics Championship, 12 Guangdong Provincial Games Closing Ceremony, 16 Asian Games Boxing Tournament, the first National City Basketball Invitational Tournament, Foshan Station Competition of CBA League, etc. It is one of the biggest and best facilities in CBA at present.
