Beijing ditan park Ditan Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Cultural Park
Ditan traditional Chinese medicine health cultural park
Ditan Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Culture Park is the first theme park in China with the theme of traditional Chinese medicine health culture. Located in ditan park, covering an area of about 2.5 hectares. Ditan, also known as Fangzetan, is the second largest altar among the five great altars in Beijing. Built in A.D. 1530, it is the place where emperors of Ming and Qing Dynasties sacrificed to the "God of the Imperial Capital" and the largest existing ground sacrifice altar in China. 1925 was turned into Jingzhao Park, and after the founding of the People's Republic of China, 1957 was called "ditan park", which is a cultural relic protection unit in Beijing. On 201April 19, the original peony garden in the park was transformed into a traditional Chinese medicine health culture park.
The park is mainly divided into liver, heart, spleen, lung, kidney and five internal organs, with five elements, five colors and five sides as the connotations, and the whole park is connected into a complete life form by land and water meridians. There are more than 3000 trees in the park, and there are nearly 100 kinds of Chinese herbal medicines and medicinal plants.
The main landscapes include the main entrance of the garden, the harmonious theme sculpture, the heart fire area, the kidney water area, the liver wood area, the moon and the garden, the health corridor, the health workshop, the Xinglin tea, the statue of Sun Simiao, the spleen soil area, the sports health square, the 24 solar terms sculpture, the lung gold area, the pranayama square and the foot reflection trail.
Entering the park from the south gate, a stone mural with the theme of "harmony" is displayed, which expresses the "harmony" of "essence, qi and spirit" with abstract patterns. If the park is regarded as a human body, roads and streams are the meridians of the human body, and five scenic spots are the internal organs of the human body.
According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the heart area is located in the south of the park, and the overall tone is mainly warm red. The main scenic spots in the core area (fire area) are: Hezhi Gallery, Hezhi Square, Yongquan and Flame Sculpture. There is a group of promenades in the center (fire area), which is named Why Zhi Promenade, and takes the meaning of "harmony and harmony, the status of all things in heaven" as the golden mean, which is one of the manifestations of the concept of "harmony and harmony" in the whole park. Hanging on the gallery is the couplet "Autumn rain falls in orange wells, and spring rain falls in almond dew", which is the famous couplet of Mr. Yue Meizhong, which not only has the interest of mountains and rivers, but also reflects Mr. Yue's love for Chinese medicine.
The heart governs the gods, so he zhi leisure square is set up to nourish the heart; The heart is the official of the monarch, and there must be rules and regulations, so the place is paved with circles; It is paved with red bricks and keeps goldfish, which reflects the active nature of the gods. The heart is in charge of blood vessels, and there is a heart-like Shi Jing in the center of the heart (fire zone), which gurgles water, indicating that the heart pumps blood. At the same time, the "Yongquan point" paved with lines means nourishing water and containing wood, which embodies the concept of balance between Yin and Yang of "water in fire, fire and water ji ji" in traditional Chinese medicine.
The heart belongs to fire in the five elements, so it is carved with flame in this area. Bright red symbolizes the fire of the monarch and the fire of Yangming, and the three flames take the meaning of "one life, two lives, three lives and three things" and are endless. Plants dominated by safflower are planted around the fire area, such as Robinia pseudoacacia, peach, peach, begonia and forsythia with yellow flowers. Winter goes to spring, and under the green weeping willows, a thriving early spring plant landscape is created.
According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the liver area is located on the east side of the park, with a blue-green tone. The main part of the liver area (wood area) is a group of winding health corridors, which form a herb garden called "Moon and Garden", which is a place for health knowledge propaganda and outdoor herbal medicine display. The plaque of "Moon and Garden" is hung on the moon door in the liver area. "The key to nourishing the liver is to avoid gas." Therefore, the word "Yue" is used in the name, so that the liver qi can be relieved.
The word "harmony" closely follows the theme of "spirit and harmony" and echoes the landscape in the garden, such as Wanghege, Hezhi Gallery and Heming Wonderland.
The tortuous healthy corridor originates from the relationship between "Muyue Qu Zhi" and the physiological function of the liver. The theme of the gallery is painting creation, relief and exhibition board, which promotes the health culture of traditional Chinese medicine.
When you enter the "Moon and Garden", you see a long corridor sequence, and the four words rhyme. On the left side of the promenade is a large painting-a collection of Shizhen herbs. On the right is the entrance to the long corridor, and the left and right couplets: "the sum of heaven and earth, from the theory of eight winds" embodies the principle of health preservation in traditional Chinese medicine.
On the wall of the promenade, the appropriate technologies of Chinese medicine health care are displayed, including cupping, moxibustion, scraping, medicated pillow, medicated bath and so on. To spread Chinese medicine health care technology to the public in easy-to-understand language.
To the north along the corridor, there are painted murals "The Way", woodcarving Baduanjin, woodcarving Wu Qin Opera, painted murals "Integration" and Chinese Medicine Sports Health Exhibition Board in turn.
On both sides of the entrance of the health workshop, there are couplets of "hiking the world, cultivating the inside and outside, and being a hundred years old in the spring and autumn". Health workshop is a comprehensive area that integrates health preservation, interactive deduction and sales, and conveys the ways, methods and sources of health preservation to the public.
In the health workshop, Chinese medicine experts can be invited to introduce health culture, set up a number of Chinese medicine health experience projects, and carry out appropriate technical experience and health culture practice.
Another indoor building of "Yueheyuan" is the medicinal tea room, named "Xinglin Tea". It has three functions: first, to show the cultural heritage of traditional Chinese medicine, and the overall space is decorated as an ancient Chinese medicine room, with plaques, medicine cabinets, treasure cabinets, counters, tools for making and collecting medicines, medical equipment, works and other decorative items. The second is the humanistic deduction of Chinese medicine and the display of health knowledge, that is, the humanistic expression, such as prescriptions, prescriptions, pharmaceutical technology and so on. The third is to let people know the health concept of "nourishing and governing" through tea culture.
"Baicaoyuan" is rich in flowers and trees, and its color is green, which is the main color of the liver. There are more than 40 kinds of medicinal plants suitable for northern growth, mainly including Semen Astragali Complanati, Radix Asteris, Radix Adenophorae, Radix Bupleuri, Herba Menthae, Rhizoma Atractylodis, Clematis, Radix Rehmanniae, Inula, Radix Saposhnikoviae, Radix Polygalae, Radix Paeoniae Alba, Semen Crotalariae, Potentilla, and Radix Angelicae Sinensis.
There is a wooden wishful gourd in the "Herb Garden", which symbolizes "good luck" and "health and longevity". The liver governs catharsis and calms emotions. If you are in a good mood, it is good for your health.
Kidney is the foundation of human life activities. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the kidney area is in the north of the whole park, and the pavement is mainly dark. There are rocks, waterfalls, deep pools, falling water and streams in the kidney area (water area), creating a quiet and comfortable healthy environment.
Under the waterfall, in the deep pool, there is a "Dan furnace in the water" standing among them, which means that fire, yin and yang combine to get water. "Fire is not hidden in water, and water is not born in fire", which is inseparable and consistent with kidney, Yuan Yin and Yuanyang.
The sculpture of Wang Yao Pharmaceutical is located on one side of the waterfall, depicting the scene of Sun Simiao, a great doctor in the Tang Dynasty, studying medicine. Sun Simiao wrote dozens of works in his life, and the most representative scenes are "A Thousand Women" and "A Thousand Women Wings". At the same time, holding a long scroll of "Great Doctor Sincerity" to show goodwill. Next to the billboard, Sun Shi's "Thirteen Ways of Health Preservation" is written, namely, comb your hair frequently, move your eyes frequently, knock your teeth frequently, gargle and gargle frequently, drum your ears often, wash your face often, shake your head often, swing your waist often, rub your abdomen often, pat Gu Dao often, twist your knees often, walk often and rub your feet often.
In order to correspond to black (dark color), evergreen plants are mainly around the kidney area (water area), such as Pinus tabulaeformis, Cedar, Celosia Taiwan Province, Pinus armandii and Sabina vulgaris. The rocks are also surrounded by plants that seem to grow naturally, such as lilacs, honeysuckle, precious wood, Yingchun and Tang Di. , forming a "man-made, but natural" landscape effect.
According to the theory of Chinese medicine, the spleen area (soil area) is located in the center of the whole park. Spleen is related to sports, so a sports health square has been set up here as a place for people to exercise and keep fit.
"Time health preservation" is one of the important contents of TCM health preservation. Around the square in the spleen area (the earth area), there is a sculpture with the theme of "Twenty-four solar terms".
And set up four solar terms, beginning of spring, Changxia, beginning of autumn and beginning of winter, to show the health knowledge that different solar terms are closely related to ordinary people.
The 20 round pieces are carefully carved, which is worth stopping to enjoy.
In addition to the names of solar terms, it is supplemented by corresponding health-preserving Chinese medicines and their curative effects.
The center of the Health Plaza rises gradually, and the yellow lines of "water, cloud and fire" are carved on the three raised slopes, representing "essence, qi and spirit" respectively, so as to express the essence of "harmony". In the spleen area (soil area), forsythia suspensa, Tang Di, Rosa roxburghii and Acer truncatum are the main plants, supplemented by Begonia flower and Cedar, and the plant landscape is transformed on the basis of retaining the present situation.
From the spleen area to the southwest into the lung area, that is, Golden Zone. According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the lung area is located on the west side of the park, with white tone as the main color. The lung is the human respiratory organ, and the lung area (Golden Zone) is dominated by trees. Through the tall Platycladus orientalis, Ginkgo biloba forest and scattered aesculus, a quiet and healthy environment of "breathing and breathing" is created.
There are two dynamic and static Little Square under the forest. 1. The pranayama Square, which is suitable for practicing static exercises, is located in the Maolin forest in the lung area (Golden Zone), which is a relatively closed space for health activities.
According to the theory of five elements, lung belongs to gold, kidney belongs to water, and gold produces water, so lung yin and kidney yin coexist, which is called "golden water coexists". There are six scenic stones with breathing and continuous breathing functions in the square, which provide visual focus for people who practice breathing and breathing. The second is the guiding square, which is suitable for guiding sports. Guidance refers to the movement that the mind guides the action and exercises the body with breathing.
The stone carving in the grass is a symbol of the lung area, and the lung belongs to gold in the five elements. The stone is made of Huangshi in Quyang, Hebei Province, and the stone is engraved with a brief description of the gold area.
The fitness trail is located at the edge of the guide square and is set according to the principle of foot massage in traditional Chinese medicine. The trail is paved with small oval stones. Visitors can walk barefoot on it and massage the acupoints and reflection areas on the soles of their feet, so as to recuperate the viscera and keep fit.
Returning eastward from Longjin District to the South Entrance Square ended a short journey of human health. In this process, you can also see billboards, health proverbs and the laying of acupoints in various regions, and hear melodious five-element music, which is exquisite and attentive everywhere, so that tourists can subtly understand and learn the cultural knowledge of Chinese medicine health care during the process of playing, entertainment and rest.
Chinese medicine is profound, and a lot of Chinese medicine philosophy is used in the design process, but as an ordinary tourist, it can't be fully understood, so publicity columns, pavements, explanation boards, etc. They are all used in the garden, emphasizing the strong healthy atmosphere.
Beijing Ditan Chinese Medicine Health Culture Park, as a demonstration project of the national comprehensive reform experimental zone for the development of Chinese medicine, is a brave innovation and development, which has played a positive role in the spread of Chinese medicine health culture in Beijing, even the whole country and the whole world, and provided a feasible and brand-new idea for the construction of this newly started characteristic park.
With the help of the ancient charm of Ditan Royal Garden, the completion of Ditan Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Culture Park shows the essence of TCM health, which is not only a window to promote TCM culture, but also a good place for citizens to know and enjoy TCM.
