So, are there so-called mainstream schools in the real world? There really is. Officially, there are traditions and inheritors in Wushu learning and inheritance. Shaolin, Wudang, Emei, Qingcheng, Kunlun School and Kongtong School are the six most influential schools in Wulin. After years of investigation and research by the State General Administration of Sport and the China Wushu Federation, representing the country and the government, as well as many national Wushu surveys, today, the Wushu community has recognized this point.
First, the Shaolin school.

From Wudang Mountain, Danjiangkou, Shiyan, Hubei. Represents martial arts in the door. Its ancestor, Zhang Sanfeng, was a Taoist or pseudo-Taoist from the early Yuan Dynasty to the early Ming Dynasty. The founder of my family is Zhang Songxi, the founder of Wudang Songxi School in the middle of Ming Dynasty, which can be clearly verified in history. According to legend, Wudang has two tribes and eight tribes. There are so many portals of other tribes in Wudang that it is difficult to count them one by one. Since ancient times, Wudang Mountain has no teachers, only Daozong.

You Xuande, the 14th ancestor of the Tang Dynasty and the host of the Hall of Supreme Harmony, said that Shaolin, Wudang and Emei have their own strengths in kung fu. Wudang kungfu is feminine, Shaolin kungfu is fierce. As for the Emei school, it is somewhere in between. You Xuande, the head of Wutang, even said that now he has cultivated two peerless martial arts that have been lost for a long time: "One Yang Finger of Dali Kingdom" and "Eighteen Palms of Beggars".

Three. Emei
Origin and Sichuan Jiazhou, Emei Mountain, meishan county. Combine Buddhism, Taoism and martial arts. Today, the founders of Emei School are Stuart Kong Xuan, the ancestor of the white ape in the Warring States, the Baiyun Zen Master in the Southern Song Dynasty and the elders of Lin Ji School. This is the third ancestor of Emei.
Although the "Emei Sect" in novels or TV series is mostly Taoism, Shi Yongshou, president of Emei Mountain Buddhist Association, said that there were no nuns in Emei Mountain in the long history of Buddhism for nearly two thousand years. The current head of Emei Sect is Tong Yong, an 88-year-old monk, who is the only descendant of Emei Sect Monkey Boxing. Emei Wushu is between Wudang and Shaolin, small and flexible. Kunlun school
Originated from Kunlun Mountain in Qinghai, it belongs to Taoist martial arts. It is not credible to say that the twelve disciples of Buddha in Yuanshi County are the twelve ancestors of Kunlun Mountain, which is closely related to myth. Sichuan was founded by Tieling Taoist priest, the ancestor of the Eastern Jin Dynasty. This is the Daomen Kunlun Sect.
Zhou Jinsheng was born in a martial arts family. I studied martial arts with my father since I was a child, and then I studied under the martial arts master Liang. His favorite is a famous artist in Inner Mongolia. In troubled times, the Eight Diagrams Palm in Liang's Authentic Palace, the Tai Chi swordsmanship in Wudang, and the true biography of Master Zhou Jinsheng. Later, after a lifetime of hard work, he founded the Kunlun Gankunzhang. With the passage of time, Mr. Zhou Jinsheng paid attention to collecting all kinds of stunts of Kunlun Wushu and gradually realized the true meaning of Wushu. Six. Hong kong secondary school
From Kongtong Mountain, Pingliang, Gansu. It is a martial art of Daomen, which is said to have spread in the late Tang Dynasty. According to legend, Fei Hongzi, the ancestor of the chivalrous man, learned Shaolin Temple in his early years, and later practiced martial arts in Kongtong Mountain, establishing the Kongtong School, also known as the Kongtong Chivalrous Man School.
