The actions of practicing pectoralis major are:
1. Flat dumbbell bench press (middle part of pectoralis major)
2. Dumbbell bird (the side, inferior sulcus, lines and shapes of the whole pectoralis major)
3. Dumbbell supine flexion arm lift (serratus anterior muscle of upper, middle and pectoralis major)
4. Push-ups (lines and shapes of the whole pectoralis major muscle group)
Do 3 groups of the above 4 movements, each group will do 10 movements, and each group will rest 1 minute.
