How has fitness changed your aesthetics?
It is better to start to respect everyone than to say that the aesthetic has changed. I don't think which is better. I don't think I have low body fat rate and abdominal muscles, I think I am superior. I don't think elephant legs and pie faces should feel ashamed and inferior. I feel that the formation of each figure is not only the result of itself, but also the result of the choice of living environment. Now fitness is for health, in order to make yourself more efficient in work and study, more energetic, able to maintain a good state and be happy. In fact, a good figure is only an accessory of regular exercise and healthy diet.
