Introduction of Wudang Seven-Star Qigong
Wudang Seven-Star Qigong, also known as Wudang Seven-Heart Qigong, is referred to as Wudang Sickness, Seven-Star Qigong and Iron Shirt for short. Its skills are easy to learn and suitable for all ages. Most of them were given by Li Shengting, a martial artist in the late Qing Dynasty, and the other was given by Zhu (then called Zhu Mancang), who suffered in Zhaoyuan County of Heilongjiang Province from 65438 to 0968. It's called "Seven Star Fuck" and "Iron Shirt".
The achievement method of Wudang's disease merit comes from Chapter 25 of Tao Te Ching, which says, "Man practices the earth, the earth practices the sky, the sky practices the Tao, and the Tao practices nature." Its theory comes from the forty-second chapter of Tao Te Ching, "Tao gives birth to one, two, three and everything." Everything is negative and holds yang, and it is harmonious with qi. "The order of its function and the theory of its function also come from Chapter 42 of the Tao Te Ching," The Tao gives birth to one, two, three things. "Always pay attention to Sansheng, Harmony between Heaven and Earth, Balance of Yin and Yang, and Inaction.
Pay attention to the method of breathing, that is, Lao Tzu's charming opportunity (between heaven and earth, is it particularly charming? Virtual and unyielding, moving and escaping. . . . . . ) called Wudang disease merits, diverted and changed strength, becoming an iron cloth shirt. Those who don't pay attention to breathing are called "seven-star exercises"
Fuck the seven stars. This is pure fitness exercise. Wudang has different merits and demerits. In addition to changing the way and intensity, it has become an iron cloth shirt, and it also has a very valuable magical function of treating diseases. His "road to simplicity" is a combination of Taoism, medicine and Gong's profound classics.
Wudang Xiongmen's Seven-Heart Qigong Exercise
Qi Xin Fire Qigong is a traditional exercise method. This method has a large amount of exercise and is more suitable for teenagers to exercise.
Wudang Xiongmen's Seven-Heart Qigong Exercise Method Section 1 Preparation Action
Warm-up action is also called "flat gas" action. Specific practice: keep your legs upright and close together, put your hands down on your legs naturally, stand upright, relax physically and mentally, and keep your eyes straight. Make a fist with both hands, with the heart of the fist facing up, and place the two fists side by side under the breast, with the fist tips facing each other. Then divide the two fists evenly to both sides and inhale at the same time, and the heart of the fist is still upward. Then clench your fist and tap on both sides. When hitting, the heart of the fist is still up and exhales at the same time (Figure 2- 1). After exhaling, turn from fist to palm, and separate downward from both sides when inhaling. Slowly circle the sides of the palm outward, raise your head and face each other. Then palms down, fingertips facing each other, slowly put your hands down in front of your lower abdomen and exhale slowly (this is the only gentle and slow exhalation in the whole process of "living qigong"). While exhaling slowly, your feet naturally separate and stand in an inner figure of eight, shoulder width or slightly wider (Figure 2-2). When you start and finish any work, you should do this preparatory action (also called calming action). The positive six strokes are slightly different (see below for details).
Wudang Xiongmen's Seven Hearts Living Qigong Exercise Method Section II Positive Seven Merits
One advantage: lower abdomen (lower abdomen area)
After getting ready for the action, the left hand is akimbo, the four fingers are close to the waist, the thumb is forward, the tiger's mouth is down, the right hand is extended to the right, the palm is down, the palm is flat with the shoulder, and the upper body is slightly tilted to the right, looking at the right finger (Figure 2-3). Then press your right hand down, inhale and bend over at the same time. Continue to press down the right hand, bypass the toes, come up from the left side, palm up, turn the palm forward to the upper left of the head, put your fingers in a Tiger Claw shape on your right ear (flush with your ear), and exhale at the same time (Figure 2-4). Do it seven to ten times in a row and change your right hip. The action is the same as before, and the number of times should be equal.
Important: when bending, the knees should not be bent.
Advantage 2: Qi ascending abdomen (chest)
When your hands are flat, lift them up to the top of your head, then lift them down to your left ear (the same one, but with your hands together), and exhale at the same time. Then the right palm becomes a bear's paw and the left palm becomes an eagle's claw. The lower body does not move, the upper body turns left, the right hand also turns left at shoulder level, and the left hand turns back to the right. Then swing your hands to the right at the same time, with your hands flat on your right shoulder and your palms down. Then bend forward, chest forward and down. Drive the palms of both hands to press down, and when they are close to the ground, they will droop into eagle claws and inhale at the same time (Figure 2-5). After inhaling, the upper body is slowly straightened, and the claws are slowly pulled to the top of the head, and then the belt is forcibly pulled to the ear, parallel to the ear, and the palm is Tiger Claw-shaped forward, while exhaling (Figure 2-6). After exhaling, change your left hand to bear's paw and your right hand to eagle's paw, and repeat the method. The left and right hands move alternately, regardless of time, enough is enough.
Important: Don't bend your knees when you bend over to inhale.
Three Merits: Backward Movement of Qi (Back and Waist)
When lying flat, put your feet flat, reach your hands to both sides at shoulder height, palms down, and squat down to inhale (Figure 2-7). Then, make a fist with both hands, with the heart facing up and the elbow close to the chest. Keep your fist flat, move your right foot to the right and do lunges. Hands should be flat, turn (rotate) from the left, hold your chest out and lean back (Figure 2-8). After the elbows are rotated from top to bottom for three or four times, the left foot moves close to the right foot and stands at attention, while doing flat movements. Change to a left lunge and breathe the same way. Do it three or four times left and right.
Key point: this section depends entirely on holding your breath.
Four skills: pneumatic limbs.
After holding your breath, while exhaling, move your left foot to the left front to shoulder width, and make a fist with your left hand, with the fist center up and close to the left lower abdomen; The five fingers of the right hand naturally come together and swing to the right; Bend down and turn right 90 degrees, then swing your right hand to your left toe. At this time, you will inhale, your chest will turn forward and straighten your waist and chest (Figure 2-9), and your palm will move forward. Point your finger at the sky and look at your right palm; Then the right palm becomes a fist and the forearm returns to the right shoulder. Point down. Punch the left knee and exhale at the same time (Figure 2- 10). The right fist swings to the right again, the same as the previous method, the second time, seven to ten times in a row. Hold your breath and close your left foot. As in the previous method, change hands and feet seven to ten times. Times should be equal.
Important: Don't bend your knees when inhaling and exhaling.
Five pillars of Islam: Qi travels on the top of the head (this door calls the top of the head a balance).
Stand at attention. After holding your breath, your upper body leans forward, your forehead touches the surface of an object (wall or tree), your hands naturally droop into talons (Figure 2- 1 1), your palms face up, and your forearms are raised. Raise the talons to ear height, turn your hands up and down, exert force from top to bottom, land your feet and exhale at the same time (Figure 2- 12). It is advisable to exercise repeatedly.
Key points: move and breathe evenly, not too fast.
Six merits; Pneumatic waist and abdomen.
Sitting posture, legs are naturally straight, and feet can be clamped or hooked. After completing the flat air movement, beat the lower abdomen with your fist, then tilt back and forth parallel to the ground or slightly obliquely, and put your palms next to the lower abdomen respectively. Palm up; Hands abduction and inhalation at the same time (Figure 2- 13). After inhaling, put your arms around your head, palm up, turn your palm forward and push it to your upper abdomen, and exhale at the same time (Figure 2- 14). Repeatedly, it is appropriate.
Key point: Exercise the frequency and intensity of this style step by step.
Qigong: pneumatic heart (also known as heart work)
Prepare a round wooden stick, about 1m long and 25mm in diameter. Calm down and hold a wooden stick and keep a certain distance from the wall or trees. One end of the stick is supported under the xiphoid process, and the other end is supported on the end wall or tree. The stick is parallel to the ground. Hands naturally droop into talons. Action and breathing are the same as five types (Figure 2- 15).
Key points: the number of times to practice this formula should be gradually increased, moderate and not forced.

A feat: the overlord lifts the tripod.
After holding your breath, stand with your feet shoulder-width, with your hands hanging to your sides naturally, and then slowly lift them to shoulder-height. Palm down. When the upper body bends forward, the palms will also reach the toes, the palms will be opposite, and the fingers will bend the chest and inhale at the same time (Figure 2- 16). Then slowly straighten your upper body, pull your palms up slowly, bend your arms to your chest, turn your wrists, and put your palms up. Finally, put your hands on your shoulders, straighten your fingers, and exhale at the same time (Figure 2- 17). After exhaling, spread your hands and then return to your original position. Wudang Xiongmen's Seven Hearts Living Qigong Method Section 4 Living Qigong Breathing Method
The breathing method of "living qigong" is to breathe through the mouth and nose, and most of the breathing should be coordinated with the movements. Inhalation and exhalation should be short and powerful, because the sound is vibrating when breathing, so the predecessor is called "shake in and shake out". When inhaling, the tongue touches the upper jaw and the lips are slightly rounded. After inhaling, the breathing should be closed and not swallowed. When exhaling, the gas in the mouth is ejected from the nose, and the exhalation must be short, fast and powerful, with a relaxed and active feeling. To a certain extent, not only the breathing is strong, but also the voice is often crisp and loud.
