First of all, breakfast milk and pure milk have different ingredients. There are only three words on the ingredient list of pure milk: fresh milk. The ingredients of breakfast milk are complicated, including milk, water, sugar, malt extract, peanuts, egg powder and oats. As well as stabilizers, iron fortifiers, zinc fortifiers and possibly flavoring agents.
Secondly, their nutrients are also different. The protein content of pure milk is 2.9%-3. 1%, while the protein content of breakfast milk is above 2.3%. Obviously, after adding substances such as sugar, the content of protein decreased slightly. But because eggs, wheat, peanuts and other ingredients also contain a certain amount of protein, the overall reduction is not much. If the protein content is marked as ≥ 1.0g, it belongs to milk-containing beverage instead of milk, and its nutritional value is of course relatively low.
Pure milk is a very nutritious food, but it is not perfect. First, if it is a staple food with a low proportion of carbohydrates, it is best to mix it with some starchy foods. At the same time, the natural defects of milk are too low iron and zinc content and too little vitamin C.
