Article 3 Arbitration Commission

Article 5 The duties of referees

Article 2 1 Provisions on Regular Completion Time

5. The time for athletes to complete routines in the competition is subject to the stopwatch timing of the referee group. When the athletes compete, the referee group uses two stopwatches to time. When the time for athletes to complete routines does not meet the relevant regulations, and the timing of two stopwatches of the referee group is different, the timing of 1 stopwatch which is closer to the specified time shall prevail.
