Which is better, boxing, taekwondo, karate, fitness and self-defense or as a skill reserve?
On practicality, it's really boxing.

Let me give a simple example to say a problem.

What do you usually use when you play with your friends in your life? Hands? Right?

When someone tries to hit you, what do you use to fight back? Instinct or hand. .

You've seen a fight outside. You'll know after the game. You see whether there are more punches or more legs, but for many of us who have not been professionally trained, the strength generated by legs is mostly impact. Not infiltration. There is no penetrating injury, and there is no great blow and pressure on our conscious state under instinctive anger. You must have been kicked by a friend or got into a fight. But did you fall? Obviously not. . . And those god-like legs need to be very professional and take a long time to train.

Since you are an amateur, let's practice your hands. Boxing is a sport for the brave. You can find a club to study for half a year. Attacks that crush the will are often made by both hands!
