Similarly, I still like sports very much. Even without physical education class, we can still stay healthy. Because of college, we have more time and energy. I like playing basketball very much. I think playing basketball can exercise our bodies and make our bodies develop healthily.

So, whether you are thin or fat, you should go to the gym. Fitness is regardless of gender, age, height or thinness. Only by exercising regularly can you have a good body.
