Training is very important for individuals. If the subject is a person who doesn't like training six times a week, forcing himself to do intensive training may not be effective. There are also some people who want to compress their time in the gym and train for two or three days, but this will lead to overtraining and be harmful to their health. Although some people may suggest that the amount of training is the same every week and the training effect is the same, it is the same no matter how many times you go to the gym. But this sentence obviously ignores personal initiative. Our body is not a water tank full of water, and everything follows the basic rules of training.
