Later, in practice, I summed up five experiences of improving energy and physical strength:

1. Reasonable time management

Many people spend a lot of time brushing their circle of friends, watching online dramas, gossiping and other things every day, feeling relaxed. In fact, these things are also consuming their energy invisibly.

The key to time management is that you should spend your time and energy on the things that are most important to you.

Many people do trivial things every day and don't know what is most important to them.

One of my own methods is to make a list for myself every morning, write down the three most important things of the day, and then make sure to finish it today.

Don't think three things are too few. According to the 80/20 rule, 80% of the results can be achieved by doing 20% of the things, and it is very important to find the right thing.

Exercise can make the human body produce exciting dopamine and make us energetic.

We can set aside a fixed time for running and fitness every day. You can also do some short-term training at home with "keep".

Sometimes even 10 minutes of exercise will make people awake and full of energy.

keep early hours

Good work and rest is also an important part of maintaining energy, that is, going to bed early and getting up early.

Getting up early can give us more time. For example, many people exercise in the morning to increase their vitality.

And the morning is the most awake and undisturbed time of the day, so I will use 2 hours in the morning to read and write.

In short, getting up early brings us many benefits, but the reason why many people can't get up is that they sleep too late and can't form a virtuous circle.

We can set a bedtime for ourselves, such as ordering ourselves to go to bed at 22:00, reading or browsing for half an hour, but we fall asleep at 22:30.

You may find it difficult at first, but if you stick to it for a long time, you will certainly get into the good habit of going to bed early and getting up early.

4. pomodoro technique

If we work nonstop all day, our energy seems to be declining, and it continues to decline.

If you want to improve your energy, you need to have a reasonable rest between work, and let your energy recover by stages through a combination of work and rest.

The method I often use is "pomodoro technique", which is to time myself at work and take a 5-minute break every 25 minutes.

Pomodoro technique can not only restore our energy, but also make us pay special attention to our work.

5. Establish your own ritual habits

Everything in the day consumes our energy, even when we think about what to do next.

We can establish our own ritual habits to reduce energy consumption.

Ritual habit is actually doing a series of fixed actions at a fixed time every day, which can reduce the loss of willpower caused by choice.
