I did it twice, because I haven't done exercises for a long time, and my balance is not as good as before. My foot is trembling and I can't bend to the end. My knees shouldn't bend when I bend over. In the hot summer, I was sweating after I finished, and people felt much more relaxed. Doing the eighth set of radio exercises for more than 9 minutes twice a day consumes 100-200 calories, which is a moderate-intensity aerobic exercise, equivalent to running 800 meters, which is very suitable for us to do.
