I didn't have much experience at first, and I was afraid to go to the gym. After all, I am so skinny that I dare not make a fool of myself. Bought dumbbells and horizontal bars on Taobao, and started. When I first started practicing, I was completely white and didn't know anything. I just practiced blindly. Later, a friend who worked in the gym recommended an e-book on fitness without equipment. Under his intentional or unintentional guidance, my fitness was slowly on the right track. After a few months, I began to exercise for half an hour every day, and now I can practice for more than an hour. From the beginning, I did two groups of each movement, and now I can do six groups of each movement, and my weight has returned to about 120. Muscle lines have begun to take shape. Many people say that fitness is to pick up girls. Of course, it's true. But this is only the most basic goal of fitness. I read a sentence in a fitness magazine before, which is quite classic: If you can't even control your body, how can you control your life? Don't even care about your body? Who else can you love? So my understanding is that the most important goal of fitness is to meet yourself better than in the past. Now I can see my muscle lines in the mirror after exercise every day. This is not narcissism, this is self-confidence, self-confidence in your body. I can often see a lot of people who are untidy, out of shape and don't pay attention to their diet and rest, sitting there complaining about their lives every day; But I have never seen a person who exercises, eats regularly and has a rest every day, and will live without self-confidence. To be realistic, the body is the only thing we have in this life. At first, fitness may be because of hobbies, but after a long time, it is not just a hobby, it becomes a way to communicate with your body. I read a news story about a group of people working on Wall Street in America, from employees to bosses. They spend some time in fitness every week. Because, they think, in the face of complicated work and fierce competition every day, fitness can make them have a good mental state to deal with every day. For young people nowadays, fitness is no longer a luxury. For them, fitness is a way of life. In today's stressful social environment, fitness has become an essential activity, not just going to the gym to pick up girls. You may say that many people are busier than you, but they don't have time to go to the gym. Is it really difficult to set aside half an hour or an hour to go to the gym every day?
