The Secret Technique of Strike Technique ── Taiji Ball
It is said that Liu Yu is very powerful-
He grabbed a 50-kilogram dumbbell with his bare hands and fell 100 times at a time, just like playing ball. There is a famous weightlifter who can lift two or three hundred Jin, but he can't lift his straight outstretched corpse arm. ...
It turns out that Liu has been practicing Tai Ji Chuan's secret technology for many years, so he won the Tao, and his strength is amazing. However, in today's world, there are very few people who practice this skill, and he doesn't want to keep it secret, so he becomes a little-known person-
Wulin hermit
At the age of 44, Liu was a safety inspector in the passenger section of Harbin Railway Bureau. He is of medium height, with a kind face and a calm personality. It is only when people reach middle age that they show "good luck" for the first time.
Today, Liu is almost a household name in Harbin railway system. However, he has practiced rubbing iron balls with one hand for more than ten years, which may not be the case for people who understand. During my home visit, the author did a drill: I saw him standing on the side wall, slowly lifting an 80 kg solid iron ball from the ground, then propping it up with one hand, sticking the iron ball on the wall like a plaster, and then rubbing it. Such a heavy iron guy, let alone one hand hanging, even if his hands roll on the flat ground, it is very difficult. But in his hands, like a walking clay ball, the ball and the hand are inseparable and admirable. I looked into his room. Wow, there were iron balls under the bed: 120 kg, 80 kg, 40 kg, 20 kg, 8 kg. There were iron balls of different sizes everywhere. Look at knives, hammers, swords and sticks, and you can find everything.
Liu likes martial arts very much. He has practiced martial arts for more than twenty years. He is really good at fighting and catching. He is not only invincible in strength, but also skillful in living. Whenever a colleague comes to "pick up the hand" or a thief in Lu Yu, he just tries his best and his opponents are defeated one by one. But he didn't show off easily. He lived in the Wulin for many years. Just for the sake of justice, he-
I was exposed to the truth.
"Stop!" At Jin Kangjing Station, Liu shouted:
I saw a 35-year-old and 6-year-old robber, armed with a kitchen knife, just snatched something worth more than 600 yuan from a newly married couple, quickly jumped off the 36 1 train, and did not go back over the wall to escape after landing. Liu's feet were full of wind, and he came out of the car to catch up. He jumped up and flew over the high board wall. Seeing that the situation was not good, the escaped prisoner turned to fight back with a knife in an attempt to defend himself against the attack. Liu was quick-witted and dodged a knife head-on. He kicked the escaped prisoner to the ground with a lightning foot and captured him alive.
While driving at night, a passenger found that his wallet was stolen by two young people. Before they got off the bus and fled, they were blocked by Liu at the door of the carriage. When they saw that Liu was ugly, they took out the dagger hidden in the waist without fear and ran straight to him. As everyone knows, Liu, who was wronged, immediately kicked the short knife in the gangster's hand, buckled the tiger upside down on the ceiling, and took a trick to capture the skills. Both fugitives were arrested.
Another time, a middle-aged man sat by the window with a bag in his hand and mud stains on his body. Liu knows how to look at her face and her color, which is close to her heart. As if nothing had happened, he paced up and down. Just as the man was about to jump out of the window, Liu "stole" and a huge palm caught him, holding him like a chicken. It turned out that the jumper was the wanted fugitive who tried to cross the border. ...
Over the past twenty-five years, Liu has left many legends with his exquisite martial arts and a sincere heart to serve the country, and has been rewarded and praised by the railway and public security departments many times.
However, Liu's martial arts is not a gift. It all depends on his hard training. Without this spontaneous passion for martial arts, Liu wouldn't have got the later-
Teacher guidance
In the late 1950s, 20-year-old Liu came to Harbin and worked as a conductor in the railway bureau. 1March, 964, he invited Wang Liancheng to be an apprentice in the 10th martial arts school in Taiping District. Wang Liancheng was a soldier all his life. He collected 18 Shaolin styles and practiced in Shaolin comprehensive school for more than 50 years. He is really a master.
At first, Wang Lao saw that Liu had lymphoid tuberculosis and lung disease, so he taught him to practice the basic skills of health preservation first. Nine months later, it really worked. So I started practicing Shaolin boxing. At that time, Liu's train package group ran on the Haxu line, with a five-day round trip and a five-day rest. Every time he goes home, he goes straight to the martial arts school and practices until midnight. He kept in mind the teacher's teaching that "strength comes from the heel", that is, he just practiced standing piles and stepping, wore three pairs of new rubber shoes inside and outside, and wore out the soles in one month. The footprints on the ground of the martial arts school were more than an inch deep. Every time he finished practicing, he was so tired that his legs couldn't open the bolt, and his feet looked like lead. It is this piety that won Wang Lao's heart.
In the past 20 years, Wang Lao has instructed Liu to learn and practice gun rubbing, eight diagrams boxing, octupole boxing, thirty-six boxing, tiger swallowing, hand clapping boxing, coquettish palm and Shaolin flower arranging boxing, and taught him to be familiar with the essence of Shaolin Sanda. He practices magic wand, folding knife, etc. Equip him and tell him that he knows the wonderful use of weapons: "Long or short, hard or not, soft or not." Liu, who is open-minded and eager to learn, also took advantage of his leisure time in sports cars to learn from octopole masters Hu Wantong and Li in Cangzhou and Jinan, and learned from Wu the Qinglong sword and the enchanted Yanling broadsword, which benefited a lot. Practicing the martial arts of rubbing iron balls was originally inspired by a story mentioned by Wang Lao by chance: seventeen years ago, Wang Lao, who had finished practicing martial arts, told his disciples an interesting story in Wulin: Cai Tingji, a strongman, and Li Adou, who is peerless in martial arts. Li Aauto Quicker's trick is to rub an 80-kg iron ball on the wall to practice his arm strength, which is unparalleled.
Hearing this, Liu suddenly realized. When he got home, he had an iron ball weighing eight pounds thrown. Whenever he has time, he cleans the wallboard of Xiao Mu's cabin at home. At first, his hands could only last for a few seconds, but he refused to stop and kept practicing hard for a year and a half before he succeeded. Then, I made a 24-kg one, practiced for a year and changed it to a 40-kg one. Although the iron ball is less than half a foot in diameter, it took him three years to make it. Since then, he has practiced the 80kg class and120kg class. ...
"Everything is measured, lest it be reversed." Wang Lao reminded: "The ancients practiced 60 Jin, and now you practice 80 Jin, which is enough." In this regard, Liu Yu's military attache obeyed, mainly weighing 80 kg, and 120 kg was only used as an auxiliary activity. Every morning before dawn, he gets up and practices for three hours, and then practices for two hours after eight o'clock in the evening. In order to strengthen his arm strength, endurance and adhesion, he asked someone to make a gourd-shaped dumbbell weighing 40 kilograms and a shoulder dumbbell weighing more than one meter and weighing 50 kilograms. He held his hands alternately, 50 times at a time, 100 or more. "Sugar Singing Wipe the Sword" practices shoulder dumbbells, repeatedly lifts120kg iron ball, and practices punching sandbags, cutting trees and splitting piles; Use walls or tree trunks to practice leaning on shoulders and bumping elbows. It has been more than fifteen years, and I have made up my mind. Just three of the hard boards he grinded with iron balls have worn through holes. This board is six feet high, more than half a foot wide and nearly three inches thick. What a drop of water wears away the stone. No wonder his arm strength has been so great!
The textual research on this skill training method and its function seems to be traced back to the Book of Changes, which was called "Book of Changes" by later generations in 1930s.
"Tai Chi Ball"
According to the investigation, it can be seen that the Han Yan-era brick rubbings unearthed in Sichuan are used for shot blasting. The legend of pushing the ball on the wall as an auxiliary action began with Shaolin monks. The monk wanted to go to Tianzhu to worship Buddha by boat and was trapped on an island. In desperation, he pushes a boulder to practice every day. Over time, the huge stones rolled into a circle, and the monk's martial arts were gained. After being rescued, he passed it on to future generations.
Liu Fakuan, a gunner in the late Qing Dynasty, was the first person to practice the ball well in modern times. Liu Shouye is a monk in Shaolin Temple. His training methods are divided into single practice, double practice and hanging practice. Liu passed it on to the master of Yang-style Tai Ji Chuan. Since then, this kind of ball has flowed into Taiji School as an auxiliary sport. It was called "Taiji Ball" fifty years ago.
Side-plane iron ball rubbing is one of the secrets of martial arts, which is combined with the 18th National Congress of Shaolin Kung Fu. The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China is also called Yijinjing, but compared with Yijinjing handed down from ancestral houses in Xianfeng period of Qing Dynasty, it is not only more pile-shaped, but also different in content and practice.
Generally, the simple way to knead the ball on the side wall is to take the "immortal hand" and "Wei Tuo's sacrificial staff" from the Yijin Sutra. After the air in the room is mixed evenly, set up a "riding pile", make the bat flush with the knee by "fishing for the moon in the sea", and then put the ball on the wall by "Liu Quan into the melon", lift it with one arm and rotate it left and right. Finally, hold the ball with both hands and put it on the ground. There are two kinds of acrobatic balls: the lighter ones are mainly used to practice the skills of stealing, leaking, rolling, picking, sticking, grasping, sticking and leaning of Shaolin colorful flags, while spectators tend to develop arm strength and have superior skills, such as fingers, wrists, arms, elbows and shoulders, which are unknown to people. Most of the pile steps are "riding" or "climbing". After a long period of practice, the feet are strong and the footwall is solid. When rubbing the ball, you should sink your shoulders and lower your elbows, including holding out your chest and back, seeking quietness while moving, and breathing together, which can make the upper deficiency more powerful; Smooth qi and blood is very beneficial to health and fitness.
