Key points: When moving backwards, don't let the center of gravity fluctuate too much, try to make the center of gravity move smoothly, and your feet can be slightly off the ground.

5. In-situ change step

Action process: stand on the right frame, exchange your feet back and forth, from the right frame to the left frame, and vice versa.

Step 6 step aside
