How do people who have been unhealthy start exercising?
I have been working out for a year, and I have some ideas to share with you. I hope it will be useful for you to start working out.

1, don't make reasons not to exercise. Adjust your living habits and social ways, optimize your time, especially work and life, reduce useless things and unnecessary things, and work harder.

2. Concrete, iterative and entertaining. First, set a specific goal that you can achieve, and gradually adjust your muscles as you adapt. At first, I just walked, brushed 14000, and traveled all over the streets, morning markets and scenic spots near my home, instead of two points and one line. Then increase jogging, and you will always meet new like-minded people on the road, communicate, hone and advance together.

Then there are pull-ups, push-ups, air bending, arm stretching (arms can only be bent but not stretched), belly rolling and other upper limb strengths ... a little self-exploration, learning and exercise is not just fun after sweating.

3. Affirm long-term achievements. Don't pursue short-term effects in sports. If you stare at the scale every day, it is easy for you to contradict yourself and deny yourself. Entanglement is nothing more than a meal or two and an appetite. Don't increase the amount of training easily. If you overtraining, you are easy to get hurt, such as synovitis and all kinds of neuralgia.

The long-term result comes from others' mouths: thin legs! Thick! Chest straight! You know!

4. Continuous long-term exercise depends on habits.

Don't forget your innovative spirit. I heard that people suddenly start exercising when they reach middle age. There are three situations: one is someone outside, the other is a serious illness, and the third is cognitive upgrading.

Exercise with your family, especially your lover. No cell phone, no oil, salt, sauce and vinegar on the road, more communication and holding hands, more topics and a private space are sweet.

People who exercise regularly have few chronic diseases, are energetic and have a more optimistic attitude towards life. When you are healthy, you are the happiest.

The life of middle-aged people is not just a thermos cup and a medlar. If they are centenarians, life has just begun. Exercise is not only about the body, but also about finding your initial heart, so that you are not greasy and stagnant.

Of course, there are various reasons for not exercising, and all the reasons are right. The system will fairly compare our performance with our goals, and the cycle will automatically form.
