The main purpose of learning martial arts is not to make trouble for no reason, but to keep fit, effectively stop criminals and bring them to justice when violent crimes occur, and protect ourselves and our families from the ongoing illegal infringement of life and property, so we generally don't do it casually, but when we really encounter the above situation, we must do it without hesitation, crack down on criminals and strive to protect ourselves to the maximum extent. This is the main purpose of our kung fu practice. The kung fu described below is vicious, so please be sure to use it on criminals who commit all kinds of crimes, and never use force to hurt ordinary people at will.

Three techniques of active attack in close range: they are mainly used in close range. The reason to distinguish different distances and different attack methods is to strike quickly, suddenly and efficiently. Imagine that when I am ready to attack, the distance is just wrong, and I must adjust the distance first, but this move is bound to improve the enemy's vigilance, thus losing the suddenness of the attack and not creating conditions for my next effective attack. Therefore, in ghost boxing, every distance (far, middle and near, except for the super-long distance) has different ways of playing. As long as you practice each one well, you can attack directly and quickly without thinking or preparation.

1: I stood face to face with the enemy, and the enemy shouted at me fiercely. I pretended to defend or beg for mercy, and the enemy pushed his luck and put his face on mine. I am extremely tired of the stench in his mouth. I know in my heart that I must fight this battle, that is, I am ready to fight at once. The enemy's gaffe aroused my anger, and suddenly my forehead hit the enemy's nose and eyes quickly and forcefully. Pay attention to the two actions at the same time. If the enemy is caught off guard, there will be a blow from top to bottom. I didn't give the enemy a break. I quickly hugged the enemy's head, with my thumb in front and the other four fingers behind. My thumb is tightly pressed against the enemy's eyes, while shaking back and forth, and my knees are not good for the enemy. I hit the enemy on the head and crotch until he cried out for mercy. I quickly took a step back and gave it a good elbow.

2 Ghost Claw Death: The enemy stood in front of me at a close distance as shown above. I was ready to make a move, staring at the enemy's eyes and suddenly kicking the enemy's calf with a barbed leg, that is, a toe. Don't look at the enemy's lower part before paying attention to this move, just pay attention to the enemy's calf with the corner of your eye. Start quickly and suddenly, hit the enemy's chin with the palm from bottom to top, and then grab the enemy's face from top to bottom with speed. This action should try to catch up with the previous one, or it will fail if it is slow. Before the enemy's tibia ached, I had scratched his face with flowers and kept rubbing it. At this time, the enemy will inevitably retreat due to conditioned reflex, and at the same time, because the enemy's eyes are caught and temporarily blind, I quickly lifted my legs and slammed the enemy's crotch, ending the battle.

Three-strike hip style: suddenly face a robber with a knife, immediately understand and react, and keep calm immediately. At the same time, pretend to be very scared, very scared, and never act like you want to make a move. That would be very bad for myself. You can pretend to look at the gangster's knife and your legs are shaking, and say, big brother, be easy, I'll give you money, while your hands and feet are shaking and your hands are shaking, and you drop the money on the ground. Note that dropping money is the key prerequisite, and then immediately bend down and pretend to pick up the money. Second, the second measure of active attack in the middle distance: you have learned the judgment of distance, and the middle distance is the range that a fist can attack. There are three main technologies.

This move should be severely cracked down. Take another small step, and at the same time get up and put your hands in front of the enemy's neck and put your arms around them. Open your mouth at the same time and bite the enemy's carotid artery. Try to keep your upper body close to the enemy. At the same time, you should launch a continuous and powerful top knee in his crotch. After three or five times in a row, the right foot quickly takes a big step back, and then the enemy's neck is pulled down by pulling back, and the ground is pulled down, and the enemy's head is constantly stepped on quickly, ending the battle.

Bitch style: while shouting, waving your arms wildly and grabbing at the enemy like claws. Like a bitch fighting, the action is chaotic and the heart is not chaotic. There must be a lot of momentum at this time. I will use this inertia to punch the enemy above the crotch and below the navel. Because of my great inertia and my strong fist, I can even fly the enemy with one punch, and my bladder burst, and the enemy flew back with a scream. I quickly got up and slammed the enemy's crotch forward. To end the battle, this move is suitable for surprise attack, that is, to let the enemy suddenly implement it without adapting to this strange move.

Three long-range active attacks are two technologies: long-range is the range that legs can attack. One thing that needs your attention is flexibility. As I said before, the reason for distinguishing different styles of play at different distances is to avoid the adjustment of distance and facilitate my quick start. But after the real start, it is not always the same distance, but how to be flexible, how to effectively combat and how to use the distance. If you take my words as an imperial edict, it is a big mistake, that is to say, in actual combat, it is * yourself, not * a fixed move. That's what long distances are like. His uncertainty determines the diversity of his distance conversion. If the enemy retreats a little, it will become an ultra-long distance, and if he advances a little, it will become a medium distance. At the same time, the characteristics of long distance determine that his omen is relatively large, and it is difficult to launch a sudden and rapid attack. So he often confuses the enemy with fake actions or launches surprise attacks with strange tricks.

Sudden dive: This move uses the unique footwork of Ghost Boxing Road to shorten the distance between the enemy and ourselves, and at the same time launches a fierce upward attack to attract the enemy's attention, and at the same time forces him to dive quickly and hit his lower part when he can't attack with his legs. That is, the purpose of the finger of the ghost fist.

In the last section, we learned how to play effectively in active attack. As long as you practice these movements several times a day (of course, it is better to practice more, which is more conducive to the formation of conditioned reflex instinct), you can effectively attack the enemy in actual combat and achieve the goal of ghost boxing! Next, this section introduces the technique of passive counterattack of ghost boxing, which also needs everyone's serious understanding and training!

There are two skills in a close passive counterattack: passivity in actual combat usually refers to the following situations: 1 Although I am ready or confronted with the enemy head-on, the enemy suddenly attacks and puts me in a passive position; I was unprepared for the sudden attack, but I was still able to fight back. This situation is beyond the scope of this section, and will be introduced in the ghost boxing counterattack. I was suddenly hit, the blow was fatal, but I still have a breath. This situation is often accompanied by accidents or emergency avoidance in my life, which will be introduced in detail in the special training of ghost boxing survival. In this section, we only introduce several technologies in the first case!

1 Retreat and counterattack: Of course, if I am so close to the enemy when the enemy launches a sudden and rapid attack, my instinctive reaction is to retreat, but it is impossible to retreat like ordinary people, not at all. What should I do? First of all, I want to strengthen the training of fighting style in my usual training, especially the invisible defense training of fighting style on the key parts of my body. Stealth defense is different from defensive training, but defense is done without following the rest of the movements. For example, you are required to face the enemy sideways and protect your head with your hands. Although you can't pull the fighting way when you face the enemy, you should try to turn the fighting way into a leisure way in your usual training, that is, stand in a leisure posture, but you have made corresponding defenses intentionally or unintentionally. For another example, when I face the enemy face to face, I deliberately adjust my steps, with one foot in front and one foot behind, thus avoiding my crotch facing the enemy. At the same time, changing the position of hands, such as pretending to touch the face and catching the first little gesture, can make the enemy defend accordingly without vigilance.

Remember it's best not to confront the enemy at such a close distance. Unless you are ready to attack first or you know that the enemy is just bluffing and actually dare not do it, you'd better keep a certain distance from the enemy. If there are many enemies, I will probably fall into a dogfight situation, which will be very unfavorable to me. In short, it is a very bad thing to be suddenly attacked by the enemy without being ready. If you try your best to avoid it, you must be on high alert. As soon as the enemy makes a move, I will take a step back, distance myself with the shortest time, the fastest response and the fastest action, and then fight back.

How to retreat quickly? As long as you practice the ghost step seriously, it is not difficult to believe this. First of all, I instinctively raise my hand to protect my head, bend my big and small arms when I raise my hand, and make a quick and powerful upward movement with my elbow to protect my head. At the same time, take a quick step back with your right foot and turn away from the enemy's attack range. Retreat is a very practical footwork, and turning around will make the enemy unprepared, because suddenly losing the expected goal will delay the enemy for at least a few seconds, which is convenient for me to retreat quickly. At the same time, turning around is also a means to confuse the enemy. The enemy often mistook me for running away. On the contrary, retrogression is only one of the counter-attack steps to retreat from the near. I made progress after turning around, then suddenly turned around and fell to the ground, supported by my arms, and kicked the enemy's crotch with my feet. Then my passive position will immediately become active! !

2. Advance without retreating: Contrary to the last move, advance without retreating, quickly fight back and ease your passive situation. That is, after a sudden attack, I can instinctively raise my hands to protect my head and raise my knees to protect my crotch. This is a defensive technique. I can't keep my head down while protecting it. I had to observe the enemy's attack through the gap in my arms. On the one hand, I can lift my back knee to protect my crotch, on the other hand, I can fight back against the enemy's crotch, and then I can quickly lift my knees and legs to the ground and insert them between the enemy's legs, while hitting the enemy's head with my palm, which is similar to pushing people. But be quick, dive and squat immediately, and punch the enemy in the crotch. When squatting, don't forget to move your hands naturally from top to bottom to prevent the enemy from attacking with legs or knees. After hitting the crotch, don't stop, hold the enemy's leg and pull down. For example, take the initiative to attack the enemy's crotch three times, quickly get up and kick the enemy's crotch to end the battle.

Second, the three techniques of long-distance passive counterattack: this situation is easier to handle. After all, it's too late to react a little at a longer distance, but we can't just take a step back to deal with it. Counterattack, strive to knock down the enemy in the shortest time, need to have specific counterattack technology.

Through practice, I found that no matter what leg technique you use, I can shift gears to solve it, even if it can't be completely solved, it can effectively avoid the enemy's attack. I can quickly grab the enemy's chest clothes or hug his neck with my hands for a short distance, and at the same time launch a continuous violent knee bump against his crotch, which can completely disintegrate the enemy's attack.

3. Face attack: This move is suitable for enemies with slow start and bad omen. When the enemy just raised his legs and knees to prepare for a leg attack, I quickly advanced to the enemy's body, punched the enemy in the face with continuous fists, and then ended the enemy with a shrew.

Finally, I want to say a few things: 1, don't try to grab the enemy's attacking limbs. Generally, it is unrealistic for people who have not been trained in grasping techniques to grasp the enemy's limbs when the enemy attacks quickly and implement the so-called wrestling method after grasping. If the enemy makes a wrong move, you will divert your attention and become more passive. Don't think about the enemy attacking me. You're not that fast. In today's martial arts magazines, I often see the enemy punching me and flashing to the enemy's left for the so-called one-stroke control. It was written by someone who has never played actual combat or seen a real expert in actual combat. We all know that the straight-line distance is the shortest, and this distance strikes the fastest. Even if passive, you can fight back in a straight line. Dodging left and right is an instinctive reaction made under the necessity, which can only make you more passive. If an experienced enemy takes a wrong step, you go to dodge, so you are not trapped by him; Pay attention to the usual training. Although actual combat is very complicated, maybe Fu You's kung fu, which is practiced well at ordinary times, is not used in actual combat at all, but you usually train seriously and will use kung fu more in actual combat. At least relatively speaking, your instincts will be much stronger than those who train less, and your chances of winning will naturally be much greater! ! !

Fighting skill

As we all know, it is inevitable to cling to the enemy in actual combat. Sometimes, the enemy suddenly hugs me from behind, and the enemy attacks me in front. Sometimes, the enemy suddenly pinches my neck from the front, and there are enemies waiting beside me. This situation can be said to be the personal experience of everyone who has experienced actual combat. How to deal with this terrible situation? How to get rid of such an unfavorable situation for yourself quickly? This is the content of this section! Of course, it must be stated in advance that kung fu is not everything, and moves are not a magic weapon to win. I have repeatedly stressed that starting work is the best policy, and only by defeating the enemy with wisdom can you become a real master. The mitigation described below is only implemented under any circumstances, and it does not guarantee that you will win every battle in complex and changeable actual combat, but at least it can help you get rid of the unfavorable situation quickly, and in addition, you will reap the results of your usual training!

Relaxation when standing:

Front release technology: 1 release when the opponent's hands are forcibly stuck in the neck. At this time, the key is to react quickly. As soon as your opponent gets stuck in your neck, his chin will be pressed down, so his strength can't penetrate into your throat. If the opponent is holding hands together, he will immediately cross his fingers and make a fist and attack the enemy's chin from bottom to top. This action has two advantages. First, if he hits the enemy in the chin, second, you can quickly get rid of the situation that your hands get stuck when they rush out from between the enemy's arms. Of course, you can also use this method when your enemy has a hand stuck around your neck.

It often happens that you are liberated by the enemy's hands around your waist. The enemy rushed at you desperately, then put his hands around your waist and tried to throw you down. Don't panic at this time. In fact, this is also a universal principle of liberation. Many people will panic when they are entangled by the enemy, and the result is naturally bad, so calm is the first step. Even if someone attacks you, stand firm quickly and hit the enemy on the back with the tip of your elbow, you really can't hit his vest.

Free from being embraced by the enemy. The enemy pounced on you and hugged you. Don't panic at this time, even if others attack you, you should know that nothing is possible unless you put down the guy who is holding you. So after I was hugged, the affirmative reaction was to push him, but what if I couldn't push him away? At this time, you should hug him quickly in the same way, with the upper body as close as possible and the lower body slightly away, and then push the crotch quickly and continuously before he can let go, otherwise I will hit his nose with my forehead and bite his neck hard.

Release from behind: 1 Hold the waist, including the arms being held together by the enemy. You can take the method of stepping on the instep first here. If you can't use this vicious trick again, you can break his bones at once. First, you can hit him hard on the head, preferably in the face of the enemy. It doesn't matter if you can't. 3 Throw off the neck from behind, grab the enemy's wrist with one hand quickly, and pat the crotch backwards like the last action, which will make the enemy feel great pain, otherwise it will not work. Then pull the wrist of the enemy you just caught together with both hands to get rid of the neck, then suddenly turn around and dive, bump your hips, fall with your legs, and so on, and completely destroy the enemy.

Second, the relief when the enemy falls to the ground: to eliminate the tumbling and mutual restriction after two people fall to the ground, you can refer to judo and Gracie Jiu Jitsu. Let's talk about some methods I took to prevent the enemy from attacking later after I was caught by the enemy.

1 One leg falls in front. If you fall suddenly, don't think about not falling. This is a waste of time. It is a quick hook, that is, pressing the chin hard to prevent the back of the head from touching the ground, touching the ground with the shoulder and back, and kicking the enemy's head or crotch quickly with the other foot. Being knocked down is nothing, mainly to prevent subsequent injuries caused by being knocked down. So in order to prevent the enemy's subsequent attacks, I want to grab the enemy to the ground in a very short time, and whoever wins quickly will win. After getting rid of the enemy, get up and walk quickly.

2 how to get rid of the back fall and hug the legs? If the enemy throws me from behind, I mainly do my own protection first to avoid injury after falling. First, remember not to simply support the ground with your palm when landing, it is likely to break. You should land on the ground with your palm and the whole forearm, and take the initiative to beat the ground with your palm shaking your wrist when landing. You can't touch the ground, that is, you don't touch the ground on your chest and abdomen, but your forearm supports the ground and your body is suspended. Protect your internal organs from being broken. There's a lot to say about this action. In fact, it is the key point for the armed police to advance. Usually you can finish it directly without much consideration, and then you can turn your face quickly. This is also a race against the enemy. As soon as I fall down, I will turn around immediately, otherwise I will be hit by the enemy's follow-up. After turning around, I will kick the enemy in the heart.

It is often seen that some martial arts have a lot of tricks to deal with entanglement, which is not realistic at all. If the gangster is not alone, you can say goodbye to yourself before completing your trick.

Personally, I think that in the process of entanglement, when you have the ability to fight, you should give up entanglement with the enemy and hit him hard. A good struggle is better than a bad fight.

Strength training

The strength training of ghost boxing should be carried out on the basis of the strength correction in the first chapter. Without strength as the foundation, strength training is equal to zero. This part includes 1 wrist rubbing skills, through the training of wrists, to develop the shock and penetration of boxing; 2. Shaking joint training, so that all joints of the whole body have the basis of shaking strength; 3 whip strength, through strength training; 4 strength training.

Kneading wrist skills:

1 Wrist shaking: Stand naturally, with your feet shoulder-width, hands raised to your chest, arms slightly extended forward, and your whole body relaxed, especially your arms. Wrist force makes the palm shake from left to right, and the speed changes from slow to fast. Among them, the arm muscles must not participate, and the wrist joint movement drives the palm movement. This is a side-to-side shaking, one-piece, wrist shaking up and down, the main points are the same as above, remember not to use arm strength, you can experience it yourself. The speed began to slow down until finally trying to move at the fastest speed until the wrist was weak. Connect, turn your wrists from left to right, the main points are the same as above, and then from right to left.

2 Swing wrist: Stand as above, practice with one hand, put your arms in front of you and swing from bottom to top. To the extreme, the wrist suddenly shook outward, as if hitting someone with the back of his hand. You don't have to swing your arm after you are proficient, just swing your wrist! Repeat dozens of times each time.

3 cloud wrist: first, use ten fingers to drive the wrist to do positive and negative circular motion, and then use ten fingers to grab a brick for circular motion, and gradually it can be replaced by weights such as dumbbells. When you do this exercise, you should move slowly, not too fast. Contrary to shaking the wrist, shaking the wrist means that the wrist drives the fingers, and the cloud wrist means that the arm still does not participate in any exercise.

Second, shaking joints: a large part of the strength in ghost boxing is the shaking of all joints of the body, such as kicking, mainly the shaking of the hip joint. Have you seen the whip? A rod is connected to a whip made of skin or other substances. Imagine that the hip joint is the top of the whip, which is the part near the whip body. The whole body is a whip, and the leg to be attacked is a whip point. The whole body movement drives the hip joint to explode before shaking, and the attack leg cooperates with the side kick. You can try this method, find the feeling of whipping force, and soon you can understand the whipping force of your legs. The verification method is based on sandbags. Generally speaking, the sound of hitting is a "crash" sound, but the sound of whipping is a "crash" sound. Like whipping, sandbags may not shake as badly as usual, perhaps only slightly, but this does not mean that whipping is not strong, which involves the problem of penetration. Let me continue later. Therefore, first shake off the joints in a specific way, and the whip strength can exert greater power.

Wrist joint 1: Needless to say, the wrist swing in wrist friction is wrist shaking.

Shoulder joint: this part is commonly used, and both boxing and elbow should be shaken here. Feet shoulder-width apart, hands droop naturally. First of all, relax your body, breathe evenly, and everything is natural. Then, raise your hands and slowly stretch forward from your chest. At this time, breathe in. During the whole stretching process, your shoulders and arms should be relaxed as much as possible, not stiff. When you want to straighten out, your breath is just full. Don't stop and breathe quickly. At the same time, the mouth makes a "ha" sound, and both hands stretch forward to the extreme at an extremely fast speed. Practice repeatedly.

Hip joint: it mainly controls the stress on the legs and knees. First, carry out hip lifting exercises in situ, and prepare the posture as above. Try to relax as much as possible when inhaling, spray with your nose when exhaling, and make a "ha" sound at the same time, so that the hip joint, that is, the whole hip, shakes forward at a high speed, and then recovers quickly, and so on. Shake your hips with one leg, lift one leg and support the other. The raised legs are completely straight and the center of the feet is down. This action is not easy to master, that is, lift the whole hip joint and lift one leg off the ground in situ, about 2CM from the ground. On this basis, shake and lift half of the hip joint of the leg, as if to cooperate with breathing and vocalization. After repeated practice, change legs.

Knee joint: mainly used for ghost boxing and dark legs. For example, using knee joint shaking force to stab the leg can improve the leg speed. Bend your knees and lift one leg, the thigh is horizontal, and relax naturally, especially below the knee joint. Then according to the above breathing, shake the knee joint upward, forcing the calf to shake and kick.

All the above shaking joint training should pay attention to one thing: the strength should be simple, the shaking should be fast, and the rest parts should be relaxed. At first, you can't do it or can't do it well, but kung fu is practiced. Only by constant experience and training can you achieve results.

Three-whip strength training: actually, I have made this question very clear when I talked about shaking joints just now. It is very simple to do this part after your joints are shaken. The method is the same. For example, if you punch, you think the shoulder joint is the top of the whip. The rest is similar to what is said above. You will certainly understand it as soon as you listen, so I won't say more. The key is to practice more. Bruce Lee's kung fu is good, but he practices his legs every day, and each leg method takes more than 2,000 kicks, which takes 2-3 hours, which is why he has the world-famous Li. Kung fu is definitely not what you say, you must practice it, even if you are savvy, you can't do without training.

Four-level strength training: first of all, this content must be carried out after practicing whip strength, otherwise it will not work at all. As I said before, technology should be based on strength. In the strength correction, I arranged a lot of explosive training, because the whole training later needs strong explosive power, especially strength training. Without a strong explosive force, you can't shake your joints and whip at all, so I want to advise you again that if you don't have a certain foundation, you should honestly practice your basic skills.

Penetration is based on whipping force, just like whipping force. When approaching the target, consciously exert a powerful explosive force, that is, acceleration, that is, consciously speed up. It turns out that the speed is fast enough, but your potential and strength have not been fully exerted. You can take a step forward on this basis, but attention can only be applied at the moment when you are close to the goal. It's too early, and it won't work if it's too late.
