There are several reasons for the high heart rate when jogging. First, the warm-up exercise before jogging is not done well. Many runners do not pay enough attention to the warm-up exercise, which is actually wrong. Warm-up exercises can put our bodies into a state of exercise, so that our heart rate will not be too high because of sudden exercise. Warm-up exercise can also effectively prevent unnecessary injuries during exercise.
Second, because I don't fully understand the maximum pace that my body can accept. Everyone has their own jogging speed. If you forcibly increase the pace, it will not only make your heart rate too fast, but also cause damage to your knees. At first, the running speed should be from slow to fast, and slowly find the pace that suits you best. If you find pain or shortness of breath in a certain part of your body, switch to running and wait until your heart rate stabilizes.
Third, because I didn't adjust my breathing when I was running. Proper breathing can make jogging less painful. We usually use the breathing method of three steps and one inhalation for long-distance running to avoid the increase of heart rate caused by hypoxia.
Finally, running time has far exceeded the limit that the body can reach. Although running is a sport with many benefits, if it takes too long, it will make your body unbearable.
These are the reasons why the heart rate is too high when jogging.
