Legal liability

According to the relevant provisions of the Regulations on the Administration of Road Transport Practitioners, if road transport practitioners do not meet one of the following safety conditions, the license issuing organ shall revoke their qualification certificates:

(a) the physical health of the motor vehicle driving training coach does not meet the requirements of motor vehicle driving and related employment, and does not take the initiative to apply for cancellation of the qualification;
