When I was young, I was very thin I began to like sports and fitness. I watched a foreign wrestling program WWE in the third grade. I saw the perfect muscles and bodies of those wrestlers, and it was also because they worked hard. As a boy, I soon fell in love with them, especially my idols john cena and randy orton. Although randy orton's muscles are not as exaggerated as john cena's, he has a nearly perfect figure.
The first fitness equipment I bought was dumbbells. I remember doing sit-ups and push-ups to practice biceps every day at that time. Therefore, when I was in the fourth grade, arm-wrestling had no rivals in our primary school. When I was in junior high school, I liked playing basketball. Later, I practiced table tennis, and so did high school. Now, after I went to college, I got a fitness card and went cycling for a while every night.
Fitness can not only exercise perfect muscles, but also cultivate patience and endurance. Because of fitness, we must practice to the limit every time and constantly break through ourselves. Only in this way can I further improve myself. So I think fitness has also taught me to stick to the truth no matter what I do.
As I said above, exercise and fitness is very important for a boy and is good for us in many ways. So I suggest that every boy should exercise, and exercise more, which is definitely harmless.
