Tianjin Olympic Center Stadium is located in the Olympic Center in the southwest of Tianjin, covering an area of 34.5 hectares, with a construction area of 65.438+0.58 million square meters and a total investment of 65.438+0.48 billion yuan. Construction began in August 2003. The design scheme was completed by Japan Sato Comprehensive Planning Company, which highlighted the three concepts of "Green Olympics", "Hi-tech Olympics" and "People's Olympics". The whole central stadium covers an area of 78,000 square meters, with a building area of158,000 square meters. The stadium is 380 meters long from north to south, 270 meters long from east to west and 53 meters high. The design is divided into six layers. It can not only meet the requirements of international football and track and field competitions, but also has many auxiliary facilities such as shops, exhibition halls, conference halls and fitness rooms. It is a comprehensive stadium for the public that integrates leisure, entertainment, fitness and shopping. The first floor is equipped with an indoor parking lot of 22,670 square meters, an exhibition venue of 3,460 square meters, a restaurant of 6,400 square meters, a health center of 5,930 square meters and a competition room of 40 10 square meters for athletes and referees. 3,840m2 exclusive shop on the second floor,130m2 health center and 85m2 international conference center. Tianjin Olympic Center is located in the southwest of the city, bordering Weijin South Road in the east, Shangshui West Road in the west, Lingshui Waterway in the south and Waterfront West Road in the north. The total investment is $880 million. The area is divided into three areas: competitive area, comprehensive area and residential area, with a total area of 96.6 hectares; Among them, the competitive area covers 45.3 hectares, the comprehensive area covers 28 hectares and the residential area covers 23.3 hectares. The competition area includes a large stadium, a water sports center, an international sports exchange center and the completed Tianjin Gymnasium.
