Poor resistance, decreased immunity, occasional cold, shoulder and neck pain, listlessness. Even after a long sleep, I woke up listless. . . These are my daily routine before exercise.
Until last year 1 1 month, I set myself a goal to change this state. One way to improve your resistance is to get rid of your procrastination and laziness and keep exercising!
I launched a 30-day punch-in challenge, forcing myself to punch in every day. From aerobic running in the gym, to yoga classes, to swimming once or twice a week, to anaerobic training, I am pleasantly surprised to find that when you feel yourself performing tasks little by little every day, that sense of pleasure will give you a steady stream of motivation and strength with exercise.
It's been three months, and I'm not as tired every day as before. The mental state has improved, and people have gradually gained spirit. Getting up early is no longer a particularly difficult thing, and my work and rest have gradually become regular.
Even, my physique has become stronger. I don't catch a cold from time to time, and I'm not even afraid of the cold. These are all the gains that I have gained from persistent exercise.
My body, mental state and health are getting better. This is my experience of keeping fit for three months.
20 19, let's be better ourselves together!
