What do you do when you are lonely, and how do you relieve loneliness?
I will do the following things to relieve loneliness.

1, exercise.

Taking an active part in outdoor sports will keep me relaxed and happy, because my brain will be excited during exercise, which will promote the secretion of dopamine and help reduce the negative effects of loneliness.

2. read.

When you are alone, you can take out a book you like, make a pot of tea, lie comfortably in the lazy chair, read quietly, immerse yourself in the world described in the book, and experience the feelings the author wants to express. When I was brought into the world of books, I found that time passed quickly. Unconsciously, I found that I felt lonely time was useless.

3. Expand the circle of friends.

The best way to relieve loneliness is not to leave yourself alone, go out to get together with friends, watch movies, or chat up strangers and make new friends in formal places and platforms such as gyms, libraries and cafes.

This bold way of making friends makes me feel very exciting and fresh, and I will feel very happy after making new friends, which will definitely keep me away from loneliness.

4. cultivate interest. Don't spend your spare time brushing your mobile phone. You can cultivate a hobby and turn it into your own specialty. In this way, when something is mentioned in a small circle, everyone will think of you and think that this is your advantage. This will give you a chance to be the protagonist and show yourself.

Only by being recognized by others' praise and encouragement can we have emotional connection with more people.

In today's complex and changeable society, everyone lives with a mask and will not easily expose their true side. Loneliness is sometimes a helpless move. I hope we can all keep our initial heart, treat others sincerely and stay away from loneliness.

5. Learn to get along with yourself.

Only by enduring loneliness can we maintain prosperity. People with strong hearts can often tolerate loneliness. The long road of human growth is full of frustrations, including loneliness. Don't worry about loneliness. Set aside some time for yourself every day, reflect on how the day went, have any thoughts, and learn to live in harmony with yourself.
