Conclusion: The uniqueness of certificate in China is impossible. Some institutions take advantage of students' inexperience to advocate that their institutions can issue the so-called only "national certificate", and "without this certificate, they will be expelled or fined". These remarks are threats, and the state will not deny the certificate with high retention rate, otherwise it will be an unprecedented huge project. There is no such precedent in the history of fitness at home and abroad. Many cases are parallel, and one person has many certificates ..... We should focus on the fitness market with a development vision, keep pace with the times, and work hard on both certificates and abilities!
