1, male over 60 years of age, female over 50 years of age, continuous service for ten years;
2, engaged in underground, high altitude, high temperature, particularly heavy manual labor or other harmful operations, men over 55 years of age, women over 45 years of age, continuous service for ten years;
3, men over 50 years of age, women over 45 years of age, continuous service for ten years, proved by the hospital, and confirmed by the labor appraisal committee, completely lost the ability to work;
4, work-related disability, proved by the hospital, and identified by the labor appraisal committee, completely lost the ability to work.
The conditions for retirement are as follows:
1, employees participating in the basic old-age insurance must reach the retirement age stipulated by the state and the province;
(1) Normal retirement: 60 years old for men and 50 years old for women (55 years old for women who have worked in management and technical positions for a long time);
(2) Early retirement for special types of work: those who are engaged in underground, high altitude, high temperature, low temperature, particularly heavy manual labor or other jobs harmful to health, who are 55 years old for men and 45 years old for women, may apply for early retirement;
(3) Early retirement due to illness: Men over 50 years old and women over 45 years old, who are disabled due to illness or non-work-related injuries, can apply for retirement due to illness after being confirmed by the labor appraisal committee at or above the county level.
2, enterprises and employees in accordance with the provisions of the full payment of basic old-age insurance;
3, the basic old-age insurance premium payment period reached 15 years or more (including before June 30, 2008 to work and participate in the basic old-age insurance to reach retirement age payment period must reach 10 years or more).
To sum up, the legal retirement age for men is 60 and that for women is 50. Workers engaged in special types of work, or under certain circumstances by the labor appraisal committee completely lost the ability to work, can reduce the retirement age.

Workers and staff of state-owned and public-private enterprises, institutions, state organs and people's organizations (hereinafter referred to as enterprises and organs) shall retire if they meet one of the following conditions:
(a) male workers who have reached the age of 60, with five years of continuous service and twenty years of general service (including continuous service, the same below); Female employees have reached the age of 50, female employees have reached the age of 55, and their continuous service has reached five years, and their general service has reached fifteen years;
(2) Employees who are engaged in underground, high altitude, high temperature, particularly heavy manual labor or other jobs harmful to health, men are over 55 years old and women are over 45 years old, and their continuous length of service and general length of service meet the conditions in Item (1) of this article;
(3) Workers and employees who have reached the age of 50 for men and 45 for women, have worked continuously for five years, usually fifteen years, are too weak to work, and have been confirmed by the labor appraisal committee or certified by doctors;
(4) Workers and employees who have worked continuously for five years and generally for twenty-five years are physically weak and lose their ability to work, and cannot continue to work after being confirmed by the labor appraisal committee or certified by a doctor;
(5) Workers who have been engaged in revolutionary work full-time for 20 years voluntarily retire because they are too weak to continue working.
