Fitness lump
There is a feeling of muscle pain, which can be said to be muscle fatigue. There are two reasons for muscle pain, one is the pain caused by lactic acid accumulation, and the other is delayed muscle pain. If you want to continue exercising, it depends on whether the pain affects you.

The most noteworthy thing is the tingling sensation after exercise, which belongs to muscle strain. You can feel the cord-like lump formed by muscle tension with your hands. The pain is obviously local swelling or subcutaneous bleeding, and the activity is obviously limited. In this case, you can't continue to practice and need to rest until you fully recover.

Let's look at the first kind of pain caused by lactic acid accumulation. This kind of soreness means that when the exercise reaches a certain intensity, the lactic acid produced in the body cannot be decomposed in time, which will lead to a large accumulation of lactic acid in the body. Muscle is an important place for lactic acid accumulation. Muscle with lactic acid accumulation will contract and squeeze blood vessels to hinder blood circulation, thus causing muscle soreness. This kind of soreness usually occurs within a few hours after exercise.

The second type of delayed muscle soreness refers to muscle soreness that occurs 24 hours after exercise. Sports medicine calls it delayed muscle soreness. The pain peaked 24-72 hours after exercise and basically disappeared after 5-7 days. In addition to soreness, there is muscle stiffness, and only those with severe tenderness have muscle swelling that hinders activity. This kind of pain comes from the benign injury of muscle fibers, which stimulates the pain nerve of human body.
