The 13th Guangzhou Business Circle is mainly composed of New China Building and Red Sky Building. The retail and wholesale shops on the first floor to the third floor of "New China" open at 6: 30 every morning, and large households above the fourth floor open at 8: 00.
The first and second floors of "Red Sky" are also retail, wholesale and retail shops, which usually open at 6: 30 in the morning. The office business above the third floor is relatively stable, mainly undertaking the "packaging" business of wholesale companies all over the country, rarely doing retail, and most of them open after 7: 30.
Guangzhou 13th Company, alias "foreign goods firm" and "foreign firm", was founded in the prosperous period of Kangxi, and was a professional firm chartered by the Qing government to engage in foreign trade.
At the Chinese-foreign trading place near the Pearl River, thirteen ports are crowded with foreign ships, and almost all major countries and regions in Asia, Europe and America have had direct trade relations with thirteen banks.
It has global trade routes to Europe, Latin America, South Asia, East Asia and Oceania, and is the only surviving Maritime Silk Road under the closed door policy of the Qing government.
