Knees can't bend, how to exercise?
Take supine position, ① Knee joint massage: Knee joint massage with both thumbs alternately to relax local muscles. ② Patellofemoral joint separation: Put the thumb and forefinger on both sides of the patella respectively, hold the patella and lift it up 6 times. ③ Slide and rotate the patella: wrap your thumb and forefinger around the patella with both hands and hold it, slide the patella up and down, left and right, and then rotate it counterclockwise, with 6 movements in all directions. ④ The femoral and tibial joints slide back and forth: bend the hips and knees. The therapist puts his hip against the back of the affected limb, puts his thumb on the tibial tuberosity, and puts the other four fingers on the popliteal fossa. With the help of his body and upper limbs, he pushes the tibia back and forth six times respectively. ⑤ Rotate the femoral-tibial joint: The therapist puts one hand on the distal thigh of the patient's affected limb, holds the heel with the other hand, and rotates the inside and outside of the calf 6 times. ⑥ Traction of femoral-tibial joint: The therapist holds the distal leg of the affected limb with both hands, bends the knee joint first, and then suddenly pulls hard, and repeats it for 3 times. At the same time, the patient cooperated with one-leg squat standing training (able to hold the handrail), 5 ~ 10 times a day.
