Is it ugly to be short and exercise muscles?
Fortunately, in fact, it depends on the proportion of each person's body. People who are not very tall are not suitable for building large muscles.

My height is about 165. Usually do anaerobic exercise, and then practice boxing, boxing and barbell once a week. You can basically see muscles (people are too ugly to send pictures), but muscle blocks are not as slender as bodybuilders. But it's actually much better than people of the same height.

The advantages of this exercise are:

1. The boxing practice and barbell practice I just mentioned belong to aerobic exercise. During aerobic process, the consumption ratio of fat to muscle is 4: 6, and muscle is relatively reduced.

2. Combined with anaerobic exercise, muscle mass can be maintained, and the metabolic ratio can be increased, and it is not easy to rebound after stopping training;

3. The two groups of exercises can improve the balance ability of the body, maintain the overall coordination of each muscle group, and avoid the problem that the muscles are too big or too small due to improper anaerobic exercise;

4, boxing, purely a hobby, does not want to practice to what extent; Boxing relies on the overall coordination of the whole body strength, stretching all joints, improving the elasticity of bones, and making the exercised muscles have better flow linearity.

However, the landlord's weight is too light I still advise you to be fat (not fat, of course). My weight is between 65 and 65-66kg, even if I stop training 1-2 months, it will fluctuate around 2kg.

Personally, I don't practice very well, mainly to exchange experiences with the landlord. Please consult a professional coach.
