What is it to practice basketball for a day in a sports school?
Training six days a week, 1 3 5, twice a day ~

Practice every day on Tuesday and Thursday ~

First, do warm-up exercises by running laps in groups, and then do collective passing (triangle passing, figure-eight passing) and layup according to the coach's arrangement, or practice various dribbling (crotch, back, turn), layup and shooting.

Then group fights ~ usually.

The final physical training is generally two groups of turn-back running.

Sometimes when I go to physical education class, I will go to the gym, or do two sets of turn-back runs to exercise my physical fitness. Two groups of frog jumps and two groups of one-legged jumps (two groups of left and right legs! ), and sprint ~

During the break, everyone lined up to practice free throws.

That's basically it.

The center is not trained alone. A few days before the game, the coach will talk about tactics and tell people in every position what to do ~

Center's rebounding and blocking mainly rely on the experience of group confrontation ~ there is nothing to practice ~

Sports school is mainly about basic skills training, and personal skills are occasionally talked about. I seldom spend time practicing, so I have to spend time by myself.

In other words, when the basic skills are done, those will naturally ~
