How is the chest bone pain? What about chest bone pain?
Unexplained chest pain can make people feel uneasy and suspect that they have some kind of disease. Among the symptoms of chest pain, bone pain is the most common, and the causes of chest pain are also related to many diseases. What about sternal pain?

1, cause analysis

(1) In general, chest pain mostly involves diseases in the heart, breast, ribs, hard objects and pleura. The most typical symptom of chest wall diseases such as dermatitis, intercostal neuritis and myositis is the feeling of bone pain in the chest. In addition, diseases of gastrointestinal tract, liver and gallbladder can also lead to the disease.

(2) Clinically, the symptoms of bone pain in people's chest are mostly related to intercostal neuritis. After the intercostal nerve is inflamed, it will meander along the ribs of the chest, from the back of the person through the side of the abdomen, and all the way along the nerve to the nerve of the chest. In the case of costal neuritis, it can also cause bone pain at the sternum. Of course, when looking for the cause of sternal headache, soft tissue injury, as a common cause, also needs to be ruled out.

(3) It is not excluded that it may be caused by strenuous exercise. If it happens frequently, the diagnosis of the disease should be based on relevant examinations. There are many reasons for chest pain, such as chest pain caused by pleural, rib, pericardium and lung lesions. If necessary, check ECG and chest X-ray.
