How does the fitness instructor take the exam?
First of all, the admission requirement is at least 17 years old, and the body is free from sports diseases and injuries and the following diseases:

1, severe heart disease (congenital heart disease cured by surgery, or patent ductus arteriosus with less shunt and less bleeding, except for those who are diagnosed as not needing surgery by specialized examination in hospitals above grade 2), cardiomyopathy and hypertension.

2. Severe bronchiectasis, asthma, malignant tumor, chronic nephritis and uremia;

3. Severe diseases of blood, endocrine and metabolic systems, and rheumatic diseases.

4. Severe or refractory epilepsy or other nervous system diseases.

5. Patients with chronic hepatitis and abnormal liver function.

Then it needs to be trained by a teaching and training institution certified by the State Sports General Administration, and then the teaching and training institution will arrange the examination in a unified way. After passing the examination, the national vocational qualification certificate can be obtained.
