People who take part in exercise have different learning purposes and efforts because of their age, physique and occupation.

At the beginning of practicing Zhao Baotai's Tai Ji Chuan, don't think too much in your mind, such as guiding qi with meaning, guiding movements with breathing, and details of movements. Try to lighten the mental burden and accept Zhao Bao's biography with a relaxed and natural attitude.
