There are swimming pools, food tasting pharmacies, beauty salons, gyms, snack shops and flower shops under the residential area of Shuimen Building. No matter it rains, snows and blows, you don't have to drive to other places to shop. You can buy all the daily necessities downstairs, which is very convenient. This method later became the blueprint of many builders, such as the new building in Taipei today.
Most of Washington's luxury houses are located in Georgetown, which is Georgetown's university district. 100 years ago, this was a place where slaves were concentrated. Fog Bottom Engineering Company took over the website of the old Washington Gas and Power Company and established the Watergate Building. For several years, this building has become a part of American political history, and for a time it appeared on TV and newspapers every day.
Multi-architecture was a fairly new concept in Washington at that time, which attracted people's attention. However, after the house is completed, there are many imperfections, such as roof leakage, water pipe blockage, air conditioning system design errors and so on.

When I saw the floor plan of Watergate Building, I thought I could get what I wanted. The side and the top floor let me not worry about being harassed by my neighbors. I paid a deposit before the project started. Design a one-story house by yourself, quiet in the middle of the noise, with a white garden on the roof. In the next few years, Watergate became famous, which I didn't expect at first.
Sage is a very powerful Italian. I remember he installed three small fireplaces in my 40-foot living room. I asked to replace them, but he refused. He repeatedly said it was useless.
