I generally advise my members to do the following three things.
One: Exercise (mainly aerobic), which is not good physical strength at first, can be brisk walking or jogging. But it is best to control the time to 50 minutes, jogging at a speed of 6 and a slope of 2.0 for the first 20 minutes, and jogging at a speed of 7.0 for the last 30 minutes. Stick to it for a month and lose at least 5 pounds. Drink a sip of water every 15 minutes during exercise, about 20ML is enough. )
Two: diet (it is recommended to give priority to light and less salt, eat less high-fat and high-sugar foods, and eat more fruits and vegetables)
Three: If possible, you can eat some nutritious meals (meal replacement bags). Suggest breakfast or dinner instead, mainly to reduce calorie intake.
