Do some exercises to improve it:

1) put your hands behind your back, as close as possible to your shoulder blades, put your hands behind your back, and tilt your head back; (2) supine; Raise your arms horizontally; And stand the upper body to the position supported by the pillow and buttocks. (3) Kneeling posture, holding the heel with both hands, chest leaning forward, head leaning back, (4) standing against the wall in the north, head leaning back, forehead touching the wall, etc. Training twice a day and repeating 10 times each time can improve and correct bad posture.
