Is it a good thing to exercise hard? Nowadays, the rapid development of fitness culture is mainly due to people's awareness of health and safety, as well as the promotion of various fitness advertisements. Let's see if it's a good thing to exercise hard.
Is hard work a good thing? 1 Fitness Heart Sutra: Hard work must be a good thing?
I like to work hard to do one thing without reservation and appreciate those athletes who work hard to sweat on the field and training ground.
But sometimes it's not necessarily a good thing to train too hard!
Too much training:
Many people work very hard to sweat in the gym for their own goals: to become a bodybuilder, to lose weight quickly and to become a strongman quickly, and to hang themselves every time they train, but I don't know that this will be counterproductive!
The more, the better.
The idea that "if it works, the more you do, the better" is circulated in a small circle with big muscles and no brains. Many weightlifters also feel the need to constantly exercise themselves every day.
In fact, most strong people have experienced a similar situation in their early training: "Every training is like the last training in their lives, and they refuse to slow down for fear of losing the progress of training."
However, sooner or later, all strong weightlifters will understand that you can't continue to bite the bullet and hit the obstacles in front of you, whether because of injury or fatigue. To make matters worse, you will really get hurt.
I used to be one of them. I'm afraid I didn't do my best in a certain training, and I'm afraid I didn't do my best. Seriously, I regard this "over-the-top" stage as my motivation to push myself!
But the fact is, after a period of time, I became lifeless, my training efficiency declined, my sports performance declined, and I began to feel very tired. Inexplicable injuries and colds came to me.
I'm beginning to understand that doing my best is not necessarily a good thing!
People need pressure to grow, and training needs pressure to progress and grow. After physical exhaustion, the body will make appropriate feedback according to these environmental pressures. When the body gets proper rest and recovery after facing pressure, it will be overcompensated before the next pressure comes, and then it will improve our ability to resist pressure (improve sports performance).
This is people's adaptability. No matter what sport we are engaged in, it is a process of facing pressure and then adapting, but these pressures need to be digested by you. I call it benign stimulation.
But sometimes the pressure is too great or too much, and I have been in high intensity without breathing. If I don't recover and adjust in time, I will be easily exhausted! In order to protect you, your body will reduce your work function, so that your body can no longer reluctantly accept these unbearable pressures, and then it may produce listlessness, decreased sports performance, decreased immunity, increased inflammatory response, easy to get sick, more or less demand for food, and sleep (always feel sleepy).
Don't push yourself too hard!
Fitness training is like a marathon. Don't be in a hurry to get fat. Sometimes life becomes busy and stressful. Rest or slow down is the best choice to keep the training progress. You need to work hard, but you need to be smarter!
Here are some suggestions:
1, don't hang yourself every time you train, leave some space for your body; Don't exhaust every action, save some time!
2. Arrange the training reduction period in time.
The training reduction period does not mean that it will make you go backwards, but let you go further in the next step! It helps you avoid unnecessary fatigue, relieve stress and make your body recover.
For example:
A, delete all auxiliary training and only do the main training (squat, hard pull, bench press)
Reduce training frequency and training duration.
C, in each training, use non-maximum weight.
Step 3 take a vacation for yourself
While training hard, don't neglect relaxing yourself. I suggest you give yourself a week's rest every three months, travel and relax, so that your body can get rid of the accumulated fatigue, recharge your batteries and better prepare for the next training!
Is it a good thing to exercise hard? Now with the rapid development of fitness culture, the main reason is not only people's awareness of health and safety, but also the promotion of various fitness advertisements, which leads to a trend that you can't go out to meet people who don't exercise. There are all kinds of articles praising fitness on the internet, and there are examples of becoming a goddess after fitness, but you should know that one thing is actually good when everyone is talking about it. Is fitness really a good thing?
Its realization is that many people feel that fitness is deified, which is related to the sense of superiority of some bodybuilders. It is really incredible to have a sense of superiority after fitness. Here, "Mr." also wants to tell some bodybuilders that whether to exercise is a matter of personal preference, not to say that you don't exercise, or that your personal living standard is not high. Some people have an inexplicable sense of superiority, saying that people who can't even keep fit are doomed to live a lifetime.
Everyone has his own good things and bad things. There is no need to brag just because you are good at it, share your experience and the benefits of fitness, and don't feel superior.
How to treat fitness is actually a more personal problem. Some bodybuilders regard fitness as a hobby, just like playing games and basketball. Some bodybuilders regard fitness as a tool to make money, while others regard fitness as a part of their lives. Some people are getting more and more exciting because of fitness life, some people are getting more and more tired because of fitness life, some people are far away from relatives and friends because of fitness, and some people have found themselves again through fitness.
