The body fat rate is low, but the figure is stout. How to keep fit?
First of all, if you are strong, but your body fat rate is low, you can try to reduce strength training and increase some stretching activities. Your body looks stout, which may be because your muscles are short. After doing more stretching exercises, you will lengthen your muscles and make your whole body look slender.

But yoga and the like can't play such a special role. I have met many yoga teachers. Their bodies are not particularly slim, but they are relatively tight. Especially looking at their thighs and waist and abdomen, many yoga teachers have thicker legs, even thinner legs than those who don't practice yoga.

You can try to do a set of stretching exercises every night, and there is a saying that the tendon is one inch long and the life is ten years long. So if you persist for a long time, it should be good for your health.

1, sit with your legs straight, put your left foot on the root of your thigh, then bend down and reach the toes of your right foot with your hands. When you feel that your body has stretched to the limit, keep this action 15 to 30 seconds. Then straighten your legs, put your right heel on the root of your thigh, bend down and reach your left toe with your hand. Then the length of time is the same as that of the left foot. Repeat for each of the five groups.

2, normal standing posture, feet apart about 30 to 40 cm, the body turned to the left, right toe facing the left heel. Lean forward until you feel a stretch in your heel, and hold 15 to 30 seconds. Once for each group, repeat five groups.

3. Put your left hand behind your back, hold your left elbow with your right hand, and hold 15 to 30 seconds. One group on the left and one group on the right. Repeat five groups.
