The campus covers an area of 100 hectare with a building area of 350,000 square meters. The library has a collection of/kloc-0.093 million volumes, and the value of teaching and research instruments and equipment is nearly 73.49 million yuan. The college has two campuses. The main campus is located in Harbin, the "ice city" in the north, and in Xiangfang District, a central city. The second campus, Oriental Cambridge Northeast International School, is located in Shenben New Town-High-tech Zone, Liaoning Province.

The college has eight secondary colleges, including the School of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, three teaching departments and the Institute of Preschool Education. There are 24 undergraduate majors and 1 specialist major, among which preschool education is the key major and preschool education is the key construction discipline in Heilongjiang province. There are 524 full-time teachers in the college, including 230 teachers with associate professor or above titles and 352 teachers with doctoral and master's degrees. Although there is no gym in the school, there are many good ones around, and the environment of the library and restaurant is very good.
